Absolutely SHOCKING quality & customer service.

The week before Halloween - I purchased 4 flash wear light up masks - and paid for next day delivery.

The masks did indeed come the next day (the only good thing about this sale/ purchase) - however I was so disappointed when I opened the parcel to find that only 3 out of 4 purchased masks had been sent/ dispatched. These masks were not only all paid for, but obviously purchased for Halloween/ a group effort/ fancy dress - so there was no time to purchase another or attempt to rectify.

I was then utterly furious to discover on the day of wearing after going out to purchase batteries for the masks (they do not come with)... That not only had one mask not been packed/ shipped - only 2 out of the 3 that were sent actually worked!!!! Which meant that 2 out of 4 people didn't have the main part of their costume.

I have also come into work today to find out that a colleague (whom I had recommended the website to), had quality issues with the mask he had purchased.

So clearly there are some severe quality issues here with the product, which is really disappointing because at the end of the day they are £20 masks, and not some £2.99 tat bought from a bargain shop.

Luckily the other people I had bought the masks for were very understanding but given it was I who picked the website and took other people's money to purchase these masks, I felt bad that people had put so much effort in for Halloween costumes they couldn't finish or enjoy (when they had already paid for them). It meant that the two masks that DID by some miracle work, were not worn because it would have looked stupid if only 2/4 were wearing them - so we had to go out and spend additional money getting neon and white paints so we all looked the same/ the costumes made sense.

I then sent an email explaining all f the above to Flash wear, I waited over a week and a half for a response, only to be met with the very very disappointing response that they were only going to refund for the 1 mask they didn't send, (not even the faulty mask that WAS sent), regardless to the massive inconvenience caused the sheer lack of customer service given after the fact.

SO disappointed will 100% not use again.

Item received no problem. I however wanted to return. Filled in the return request, email received saying “request received awaiting approval”……..that was a week ago. Have emailed. No response. Have called the number. Number not in service. Returns have to be paid for by myself and no invoice in the package. Total scam. Do not purchase. Even if they agreed the return I severely doubt I’d actually get my refund! Will ask PayPal to step in to get my money back.

wanted to return my order for a refund and they do not answer your messages on the contact form, the returns form, emails AND the telephone number listed on their site is no longer in use. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!

Ordered a pair of LED glasses for my sons birthday for £45, worked for 5 minutes put to charged and never worked again. No return label in box. emailed Flash Wear twice and called, number is now not working and no reply to emails sent.
My son is so sad has been wanting this item for a whole year. Brilliant birthday and the Flashwear spoilt it.

AMAZING!! Purchased both a mask and some LED trainers! Arrived on time & product are of high quality! Will 100% be buying my Xmas gift from this website later this year!

Best customer service, replied within two hours! Ordered some masks for my daughter shes so happy with them.

Can never fault flashwear! Ordered from them few times always high standard of products. Customer service always on point.

Positives- Great choice on website, loads of cool mask designs! Next day delivery option. Delivery turned up on time. Mask in fully working new condition.....
Negatives- wrong mask turned up. Complete wrong colour for my son. Not enough time now to return. The mask they sent was cheaper elsewhere, especially when including the delivery costs. Masks battery pack makes an awful squeal noise (probably the same with all led Masks, I'm not sure)

All in all, it's not the end of the world getting the wrong mask is it. Would I use them again? Maybe, if I wasnt bothered too much what turns up.

Wow, was surprised with the quality of the shoe for the price!!!

Ordered my daughter some LED trainers... was a bit worried at the start as I have never ordered from this business before but, it came within two days and the quality of the shoes were good.

Flashwear has quirky items and I got exactly what I paid for. First time I have used Flashwear and my daughter loves it. I have already recommended to my family.

Got next day delivery and guess what, I received my item next day. Thank you and will use again now that I know they exist and we know what they sell.

These shoes were banging. Highly rate them, great quality and lights last !! They look sick in the dark!

I ordered a pair of trainer's in early September, came to me faulty, sent them back using my own money, not heard a thing off them, feels like I sent a 100 emails and not heard nothing back from them, asked for replacement because my niece is expecting them otherwise I would just give up, please people do not buy anything from this company, I've googled better companies than this one, do not waste your money, time,energy and soul into this company. I've ordered from them before and just thought the crap customer service was due to COVID but they are just pure crap. Would never buy from them again but want my replacement or my money back, otherwise I'll go through the proper procedure with trading standards, someone should anyway after reading all the reviews. I suppose anyone can get robbed online

Trainers never turned up and company aren't replying to my emails

Paid £5.99 for next day delivery with 24 hour tracking downloaded the shop app to track said order and flash wear have not sent any tracking number. Called the office twice no answer. Left voicemail and sent email as I ordered 10am Thursday to have them by Friday for a birthday present and still have had NO CONTACT from them. I have very little confidence in this company as it’s my first time ordering

I would have given one star only but only becauseI've had 2 successful orders so far and they were OK. The 3rd order has not been received yet. I was sent royal mail tracking information but their website still says, ten days later, sender dispatching item.
They even sent me an email asking to rate their service and if was happy with my item? I'VE NOT HAD IT YET!

I've emailed-no reply
Phoned-Message saying office closed but leave a message and someone will call back. Well that didn't happen either.
Used the live chat-that doesn't work
Left Facebook message-no response.
I used PayPal to pay and have now put in a dispute for refund.
If not heard back from them by the 27th December the case moves to the next step.
When I will receive a refund is anyone's guess.
How can any company operate without replying to emails or calls?
I am not using them again. they need investigating!

Refund received and email advising me of refund.

Order and paid for special delivery (time sensitive order). They sent 48 royal mail, and still not received it. will update when recieved.

I ordered rose gold LED high tops from Flashwear on Thursday 21st July 2020 and received them on Saturday 25th July. They was fully working and the shoes looked well made, however 3 days later my left shoe had a LED fault and whenever you would walk the LED would glitch, change colour or completely go off! I then managed to email and get hold of flashwear and told them about my trainers. We emailed back and forth 10 times. The 8th email flashwear sent said they would send me out my shoes and they’d be with me in 3 working days! Amazing, atleast I thought 2 weeks later and there was still no sign of my shoes I emailed again they apologised and sent me out my shoes and I finally received them about a week later. I haven’t worn them yet so I don’t know if they will also break but they seem to be okay for now. Overall the customer service was slow but generally okay and flashwear was polite when in contact, the shoes itself are beautiful and very unique however not the sturdiest trainers in the market.

Absolute tosh don't work straight out of the box. No one available for replacement or refund but two second phone pick up on sales. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely pants do not buy off flash wear one shoe is not working been trying to contact them via phone and email office always closed on phone and no response for email. ( over a week now )
This company should not be able to continue selling. Yes times are hard with covid 19 etc but at least reply to emails.
Avoid at all cost.
