I am absolutely disgusted and feel utterly violated by my experience with Flaticon. This isn't a company; it's a sophisticated digital blackmail scheme dressed up as a "service." I came for icons and left feeling like I'd been mugged in a dark alley.

Let's cut the corporate BS. Their entire business model is a SCAM. They deliberately hide their single icon purchase option (which used to exist!) to FORCE you into a predatory subscription you don't want. You spend hours curating the perfect set of icons for your project, and when you go to download, they slam the paywall in your face. The only option? Sell your soul to a recurring monthly or annual plan. This is HOSTAGE NEGOTIATION, not e-commerce. "Pay us forever, or you get NOTHING." How is this legal?

Reading the other reviews confirmed my nightmare is the standard experience. This company is built on:

Bait-and-Switch Tactics: Lure you in with "free" icons, then lock your downloads behind an exorbitant paywall.

Forced Subscriptions: An absolute refusal to cater to freelancers or one-off projects. They want to bleed you dry, perpetually.

Customer Hostility: Their support, if you can even call it that, is a joke. Automated replies that completely ignore the ethical problem of their pricing model. They don't care. You're just a credit card number to them.

The "Cancellation" Runaround: As others note, good luck cancelling easily. They make it intentionally obscure, hoping you'll forget and they can charge you for another year of nothing.

I am a professional designer, and I warn every single colleague and client to avoid Flaticon like the plague. They are the parasites of the design community. They contribute nothing but anxiety and financial predation. The icons themselves? Mediocre and often stolen from the true community spirit of old, free icon sites they've now consumed.

You are not supporting artists here. You are funding a greedy, user-hostile corporation that views its customers with contempt. They have engineered a system designed to frustrate and trap you.

To the executives at Flaticon: You should be ashamed. You've built a fortune by exploiting the basic needs of creatives. Your pricing page is a monument to arrogance and greed. I will spend every opportunity I have to direct business to your competitors and share my horrific experience. You are the absolute worst kind of company in the digital space.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. DO NOT TRUST THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THE RAGE AND FIND ICONS ELSEWHERE. Even if you have to draw them yourself in MS Paint, it's better than enriching these con artists.

This is an amazing site for free icons. it has many icons in color, black & white and gradient. also it has some stickers too. this is absolutely amazing site for icons.

Do not have much time, but all i want to say that flaticon's resources helped me a lot to customize and decorate my Discord server's embed. Not only this, but it can be used in many designing cases.
