Customer service responses and timeliness of responses very good and helpful. Quality of photos very good. Use of website is very user friendly.
Often the suggested 'flatmates' emailed through were not compatible though, either they wanted a different suburb or different arrangement. I was advertising an entire one bedroom fully furnished apartment in South Yarra but was receiving suggested emails with profiles of people looking to share only or in other suburbs. I had sent out about 50 or 60 emails reaching out to members but only received 4 - 5 responses. That was most disappointing but not the fault of Flatmates.com, basic common courtesy is unfortunately lacking in so many people. I had put so many hours in cleaning and presenting the property so it was in spotless condition. All the people who did eventually inspect the property ( only 1 from Flatmates.com ) wanted to take it. I chose Simon from Flatmates.com who was the most suitable. I have used Flatmates.com on other occasions and have been successful. Thank you, Julie Robson

Great service. Easy way to find flatmates and to list properties

Anthony showed me the property as I requested and I decided to move on as I loved the place due to the close to my workplace, closeness from groceries (Aldi), and quick access to the main road.
