We moved from New York to Virginia and were nervous about how well the move would go. FlatRate went out of their way to accommodate my impossible schedule to go over our apartment and see what needed to be packed and moved. They did an excellent job packing everything we asked them to, and we were amazed at how well things were packed once we started opening the boxes! The foreman, Lamore was great with the rest of the movers, they all worked hard and were very friendly, patient, and careful. We only have one small elevator in our pre-war building and it can be tough on the residents when people are moving in or out. Our neighbors told us how much they appreciated our movers, as they went out of their way to accommodate others who needed the elevator. We felt the price was competitive with other moving companies, and everyone we interacted with were helpful and patient. Highly recommend!!

Dont recommend them at all. I got my stuff almost one month after the scheduled date. boxes came torn. unprofessional pickup persons.
