I am genuinely impressed with FlatRate. I had a cross country move and it went seamlessly. I’ve heard so many moving horror stories and FlatRate luckily will not fall into that category. They were incredibly organized with inventory and also very proactive / over communicative on every update with my move which helped a ton/ put me at ease. The price was fair too - I was way over quoted at another company, and then way under quoted at another company up front (but heard that company isn’t reliable and has many hidden fees). FlatRate was super transparent and efficient and honestly just great. I’m glad I can trust them. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic move. From my first contact to the sales team and their follow up. Their extremely quick turnaround for a certificate of insurance I needed for my building to the day of arrival. Telephone calls during the move contacting me if everything was going OK. The actual team moving were so professional, polite efficient and careful. Just very highly recommended and I was so impressed.

I've used this company three times now. They are the best! Very responsive, accomodating, and the team that does the packing really know what they're doing.

I received a reasonable quote promptly. This was a small move - storage items from one storage unit to another. The moving team arrived promptly (early) and were careful and professional.

This was our second move with Flatrate. I highly recommend them. Very responsive, professional and competitive pricing. Crews are polite and efficient and having an App where you can track your moving truck's location is quite helpful. We have a third move coming up and I wouldn't even think of using any other company.
