Helpful and efficient
Helpful staff and kept informed about status of delivery etc. Roofing gravel delivered in fully sealed bags - unlike experience from other retailers where bags either had holes or slits meaning in those cases it was less easy to move product without having to sweep up afterwards.

Great membrane easy install
Delivery was about a week after ordering so pretty good for a bespoke size. Membrane was 1.2mm and 8x3 M so came in at about 50kg, so getting up on the roof was fun. Once up it unrolled and unfolded into place fine. Plenty of glue supplied so don’t be sparing with it and it was fully stuck the next day. All good quality, I had the drip off with mine which works well and looks great. All in all very happy and the price was pretty good for the full kit too.

As yet I have not seen the item.
Buying in line was straight forward,
But delivery information, yet. There was none what so ever.
Didn’t have a clue when the item was arriving, all we got was a phone call from the delivery driver saying he was here.

Found the exact chippings I needed for a small DIY job, as I went to check out the delivery fee was a little higher than I expected. Without me contacting the company, I received an email within minutes, offering a much cheaper delivery fee due to being local to the company. I very swiftly accepted the offer and they were dropped off within a matter of days. Delivery driver was kind and professional. Website is extremely easy to navigate and straight forward. Everything from beginning to end, including the product was 5 star.
