I bought a pair of loafers (my now favorite) around a year ago. After experiencing some issues with wear, Iry, the customer service agent, offered a thoughtful, fair, and expedient resolution. I am so pleased by the quality of care this brand delivers to its customers!

So interesting to see negative reviews about the customer service with Flattered because I think their customer service is phenomenal. I will say that their warehouse seems to have a regular issue with not being synched properly with their stock which is a bit disappointing, but that being said, the customer service is so quick and helpful that I will definitely be purchasing with them again.
To recap my experience, I purchased the Jojo sandal two weeks before my vacation and very much planned outfits around these shoes. When the sandals hadn’t left the warehouse within 5 days of ordering them, I emailed customer service in a bit of a panic and received an email back from a rep named Iry within the hour. We emailed back and forth and I got responses within maybe a half hour to an hour after each of my emails which is pretty impressive. It turned out that the size I had ordered was actually out of stock but the warehouse wasn’t synched with the website properly so it didn’t reflect accurately with the stock online. Apparently they won't be restocking the size I had ordered so I asked if the next size up was available and Iry confirmed it was and changed my order. Within an hour of me asking to size up, I got a notification from the shipping company that it had left the warehouse. The shoes were delivered two business days afterwards. For reference, I am located in Copenhagen and I believe these ship from Stockholm so maybe assume some more time if you’re in further out countries. Iry has emailed me since; giving me updated information and seriously going above and beyond to make sure I have a positive experience.
The actual shoes are beautiful, high quality, and fit like a glove. I have quite narrow feet and oftentimes have an issue with back straps falling down the back of my heel so I originally had sized down with my order and considered ordering fashion glue in anticipation of the straps being loose. However, even in the size up I cruised around in them for hours yesterday and the straps never once fell down so I’m quite impressed. I would say purchase what your true size is; these shoes are great quality and made to accommodate your feet. No tricks necessary.
I can’t wait to wear these on my trip. Thank you Flattered and thank you Iry :)

They have such great customer service. Fast reply and even though the shoes weren’t the correct size they were absolutely beautiful, I can’t wait for the correct size to be delivered. Great service and great product.

I bought a handbag from Flattered. It arrived with some quality issues, so I contacted customer support and got great service, Iry on the support team was phenomenal. I would give it a five-star overall, but the new bag I received also had some parts that weren’t quite the quality you’d expect from a brand and price tag like this. But it’s too pretty not to buy!

First time ordering from Flattered and not a great experience. Ordered the Idris sandal on the 10th April and paid £225. When they didn’t arrive I emailed Customer Services and Kristine informed they were on delayed delivery and shipping was expected between 16-30/05/2025. It’s now 11/06/2025 and still no sign of my order. I’ve contacted Customer Services 3 times over the last couple of weeks and no one is responding. The Idris sandals are now on sale too for £180 and I’ve paid £225 and not received anything!

Shoes are beautiful but waaaay too narrow and my feet are pretty average, i never buy “wide foot” shoes… also at this price points i think they should put a bit more focus to comfort…

I placed an order for two items but the website didn’t show the most up to date warehouse stock. One item was in stock the other was back ordered. The customer service rep was very thorough and followed up with me on all my questions and concerns. I am delighted with my purchase and the professionalism and courtesy I was shown by the service I received.

Very poor customer service. I returned a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago and I know the company have received the shoes according to the tracking number. However after several emails and no contact I am still awaiting a refund or even an acknowledgment of my return. Would not buy from again.
