Ring failure almost causing loss of iPhone

I purchased a new FLAUNT cover with the newer style "Ring"attachment in August. I love the cover itself and have several FLAUNT covers with the "older style ring attachments" that I have used for several years, but... while on vacation on a boat with phone in hand and finger through the ring of this new cover/ring attachment only 2 months after purchase, the ring part of the ring attachment completely detached from the center of RESIN base (which was still stuck to phone). There was no tugging or pulling. It just came apart due to poor manufacture, newer ring design, which is not as secure as the older ring attachment design. The actual ring was left dangling on my finger and base still stuck to phone. Had I not also had my hand around the phone at same time my finger was through the "security ring", I would have lost my new iPhone in the SEA! I reported this to Flaunt, and they wanted to replace the ring attachment with another just like it, completely ignoring the fact that the manufacture of the ring attachment (newer rings molded into resin) is what's faulty and anyone who has one is at danger of a lost or damaged phone.... so basically ALL of their new style ring attachments could fail at any time. I finally just asked to be reimbursed, since I couldn't trust their rings, almost all of which are made like this now.

Note: The newer ring attachments are now made very differently than earlier Flaunt ring attachments - with the metal "ring" molded into the center of the resin, instead of attached to the outside "around" the circular part that sticks to phone.
Also note: You also cannot leave reviews on FLAUNT's website, except when they send a review request immediately after purchase before you even have a chance to use the covers/rings.

While it was beautiful while it lasted, in a matter of 6 months the entire backing fell off. I change cases often so this was probably used a total of 3 months. Terribly disappointed in the quality. Not a good value, spend your money elsewhere if you want something to hold its value

My Flaunt case is by far my favorite purchase in recent months. After using my last iPhone without a case, I wanted to protect my new 16 Pro Max iPhone from an oops. The case is stylish, fits comfortably in my hand, and seems to be good quality. I was concerned it might make my already large phone too bulky, but it doesn’t. All around great product. I highly recommend Flaunt cases.

I LOVE my new Flaunt square case! It's my 2nd one. Got a new phone, needed a new case and I knew right where to go. I got SO many compliments on my last one, but wanted a new style. I got the irridescent croc pattern (don't know if that's the official name) but it is SO sparkly, chic, love how the color shifts when I move it. It has almost a mirrored effect, changing from pink to purple to teal/blue. The square shape is great, it fits so securely on my phone and just looks great! It fits perfectly on my new phone - all the holes are in just the right spots to fit buttons, camera, etc on the phone. (iphone 16ProMax)
My new phone feels very secure & protected in this case. I love it and will likely get another style next time I need a new case.

I ordered from FLAUNT because another website took forever to ship out a case I’d bought from them. I got my case from Flaunt in 2 days and it’s beautiful!!! Very good quality. Can’t wait to see what other cases they release for iPhone 15 Plus ☺️

Edit: I emailed this company directly, so i'm not sure why they are bothering to waste my time requesting "more info" on this order but maybe you guys should be in touch with your customer care team to get your answers.

Horrible customer care. They don't care if you are happy with the product or if you have a quality issue. I ordered a plain black case and it doesn't sit well on my phone. It has a bubble - like gap on the entire back section of the case between my phone and the plastic case. I reached out to them to address this but they answered in a dismissive manner saying its not really an issue... well its an issue to me and considering how much these cost you would think they would have better molds and quality control. So now I have to pay a restock fee to return this faulty item even though if the product was made correctly I obviously wouldn't have had an issue at all. Its sad they aren't willing to offer help, at the very least : a return without a fee.
The case fits horribly, you feel a massive gap on the back of the phone, it just doesn't feel correctly made or quality and it turns out they have horrible customer care to top it all off. Compared to other phone case brands and the support they offer, this is just a shame.

I bought the leopard print rubber case and it's scratched up straight away and the corners peeled. My first one came already damaged so they sent another. But the new one did the same thing. They won't offer refunds only a new case.

I also got a white shell case which seems to be holding up better.

I love my case. What would give it 5 stars is a good quality kickstand.
