Never have I signed up to this company. They keep trying to take 29.99 out one of my accounts. Totally blocked card and reported to the bank. Fraud company based in Retford north Nottinghamshire.

They are a complete scam They should wear masks robbers luckily when they tried to take £29.99 I had the day b4 transferred my money into a different account They then tried again following month to which I sent them an email asking why no reply They then tried again but I was lucky as I told my bank not to authorise any payments to the company and they have just tried again to do I was talking to there customer service workers making out I wanted to make a big order and make payments when I sent the mess asking y they constantly keep trying to take money when I have not given permission and how unhelpful they are trying to resolve the issue of fraud and how I've contacted the police there reply was that of a robot even tho the previous mess the reply was that of a helpful human cause they thought I wanted to purchase a lot of items so in the end I have had to cancel my card so they can no longer try to steal from me I would give this company a very wide birth would trust them at all do not give them ur bank details as they will try to steal from you this company needs to be shut down and everyone that has been robbed/mugged of £29.99 should be given a full refund

I could give them no star for fraud and theft if I could. No services given and £29.99 taken out of my bank. Pure rip off!

Yep, another scamming dating site.Signed up for the 24 hour £1 trial and then £47 went from my account.
The woman on there aren't real - lots of lovely pics and model like woman begging to take you to bed but first go to this website, sign up for that etc etc.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It's a lot cheaper to go onto Pornhub instead.

I've used flava a few time now each time has been great.The site is really easy to use and delivary is usually within 2 or
3 says of them receiving 1st payment. Most prices are reasonable and if you don't want to subscribe to flava benefits which offers free delivery and exclusive offers(29.99 a month) you don't have to you just pay a £6.99 delivery fee instead. The reason I've only given them 4* is that they dont really do fresh or frozen products. If you need customers services nobody ever answers the phone and it does take awhile for them to get back to you if you message them but they do eventually. I think a livechat function would be more helpful.

I felt like screaming when I realised that this company took £29.99 out of my account on Friday leaving me with nothing to live on. They would not answer the phone at the complaints department or even acknowledge that i emailed them I'm at my wit's end now. They have taken money so now they don't give a monkeys and would probably only wind me up over the phone as these companies are very brave with hundreds of miles separating us over the phone. They are scamming scumbags.

I did not order anything but have had £29.99 taken from my bank account anyway and now can't get through to customer service n have to leave a message and they will get back to me,thanks I'm on benefits and my partner is terminally ill,I'm so upset and angry,I only found out by checking recent transactions by chance about something else.

Disgusting. Took 29.99 for just entering details. No sign of returned money either....was promised that.

They sneakily took 29.99 out of bank without me signing up to any credit agreement. Its a clever scam, the statements say flavva ltd but the site is flava, apparently its an unregulated agreement that is not agreed by yourself, they have it somewhere on their site that you have to scroll thru loads of items right to the bottom and in some help section they mention about a kind of subscription they don't tell you about. They don't even email you of an apparent subscription, so as you do not cancel straight away. They take the money after approx 2 months, silently without any notifications or anything! Complete scam and not a proper company. HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT OUT!

I gave flava 5 stars because there customer service is second to none and develry is all ways on the day they say all staff are friendly and a joy to talk to can not thank you enough well done

Absolute disgraceful company, i warn anyone that you will order and get reply after reply, delayed shipping, 3 weeks on and i still do not have my item. Never again will i buy from you, TOTAL DISGRACE

Time this company (FLAVA.CO.UK) was reported to trading standards, they don't like adverse publicity so I don't expect my review to last long (there's ways round this on other sites :)

They don't hold a Consumer Credit Licence (dodgy in the first place.)

Basically they buy bulk stock either a) out of code or b) just nearing shelf life expiry and sell it on for near full price or more. Unscrupulously preying on the vulnerable and poor with their craftily hidden subscription model, saying you have 7 days to cancel. Wow , just wow. This company 500 years ago would have been pirates of the high seas. Today they plunder people's bank accounts and through careful working circumvent consumer protections, not for much longer I assure you. Don't worry Flava - i've copied this so if it's taken down, within the HOUR it'll be back up. If you've been scammed by this company report to trading standards via website which you can google.

or your local council to report them. Their business postal address is under nottinghamshire council.

You should learn from this and read what your signing up to!

They have unauthorized access to the data of people who have credit cards issued by small banks and steal or try to steal the money from the account through online orders. They tried 7 times in August 2022 to make payments with my card
