Disappointing response
I have just spent over £800 on Obagi products with Flawless Body and have always had excellent service.
The last item I ordered, Obagi NuCil, I had a bad reaction to so immediately contacted Customer Service asking if I could return for a refund. Their answer was no and sorry to hear I have had a nasty reaction. The item was £91 and I thought, having been a loyal customer and having spent quite a lot with them over the years, they might have said, as a goodwill gesture, we will accept your return. Very disappointing but otherwise a good company to deal with.

Price good and delivered quickly.
I bought some Paul Mitchell Shampoo and Conditioner because it was cheaper on Flawless Body. I was a first time user. I was made up with the price, communication was good re delivery and goods arrived within a couple of days. Would definitely use again.
