I purchased a replacement engagement ring from Flawless a few years ago (after a poor experience with Goldsmiths) and further along purchased our wedding bands from here too. These were custom designed annd exactly what we wanted. After a few years of hard wearing on my part I popped in to get my ring re polished and re rounded. This was all dealt with by Maria who was very helpful at every step with good communication and updates all the way. I don’t plan on buying another wedding band! But will definitely be buying other jewellery from Flawless in the future.

Maria helped my fiancé choose the perfect ring! She was so helpful and gave great advice - including working out my approximate ring size. The ring is beautiful and they also resized it for us afterwards. We will definitely return here for our wedding bands!
