Please think carefully when considering this company as the experience we have endured we would not wish on anyone else. We had a two storey extension built and right from the start it leaked from the roof and all doors. The company failed to seal velux windows and placed a threshold angling into the property. This continues to this day after two and a half years and we are flooded continually. The owner of the company just does not care and suggests that having a water tight vessel is an optional extra. Contacting the owner is a thankless task as he just ignores the customer. We had to go through the federation of master builders to complain in 2023 and one year on Flawless are happy for customers to suffer. It should however be added that the workforce are great but they are micromanaged and have zero empowerment. The only way forward now relies with trading standards and the court as we continue to be flooded when it rains. I could not recommend this company purely due to management. They simply do not care about the customer but are happy to take your money. Don’t be fooled by them saying they will sort out issues, the owner just finds excuses not to produce a product fit for purpose. We even had to ask them to remove photos in their website advertising their work. If only the truth be told regarding the story behind those photos. They have put us through absolute hell not to mention the stress the whole family has had to endure for two and a half years.
