I never received the product, and they put me in a subscription that I did not agree and charge me $174. Stay away from these guys. I have sent emails and they have not replied.

I made an order in the first part of 2025 and apparently this signed me up for vip membership subscription which I did not want. I wrote to them after the first payment was taken to cancel this. Then, when checking my bank statements at the end of the year I noticed they took repeated payments. I wrote again and received confirmation that this was cancelled and a goodwill gesture of 2 months refund. Now I have just noticed they have taken January and February, I have written again but I have no confidence in this company as this is well beyond an innocent mistake. I would recommend people avoid this company at all costs as from reading reviews I am not the only one....

I would love to be able to give this company negative stars! They do not honor their money back guarantee. Based on their recommendation, I ordered a 3 month supply of serum, DHT blocker capsules and shampoo totaling close to $300. They offer a 100% money back guarantee for customers who do not experience results after using their product for 90 days. Their products did not work and I asked for a refund. I was told the refund only applies to the serum and they offered to refund to me close to $67. I went round and round with them to no avail. I finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Bottom line, this company is absolute snake oil! Please do not fall for their fake marketing scheme!

Just started this week so no results yet but what I do like is the shampoo/conditioner really does feel great on my hair.

48 hour response time was the only problem. Besides that everithing was great .I was kinda nervous because I have read not so great reviews from this company and the cancelation of subscriptions , but I had no problems what so ever with one email .

They will continue to charge you even when you cancel, have to be very eminent boit cancel and watch your credit statement , I forgot to check my statements and had 3-4 months charged even if I had proof that I sent them an email and canceled only !!! They only reimbursed me for that last month and gaslighted me that I signed up for monthly payments!! Never acknowledging my email sent to them bout my cancelation !! Scam artist !!!

I would give this company less than 1 star if I could. Non-responsive customer service. The company makes it hard to manage or cancel subscription orders. Sends items without notice and charges your card even after clearly canceling by email. The product itself is not effective. My recommendation is to skip this company.

Had to reach out twice over two weeks before I got a response.when clicked on the link proved to cancel, it could not be found and did not open ( tried in both Safari and Firefox).
Will need you to either send a link that works or put in the cancellation on your end. Regardless, I have had my American Express card block any future transactions.

On November 12, 2025, I purchased a DHT blocker for $59.72. Instead of the product ordered, Fleava delivered a serum. I contacted support multiple times. Each time I was told, “we will look into this.” No resolution, no replacement, no refund. Complete inaction.

On January 5, 2026, I was charged without my concent for another order for a DHT blocker for $76.97, To date, no product has been delivered. I have sent several emails to Fleava support. They have not replied at all.
This company operates on fraudulent marketing practices and is entirely unprofessional. They take payments, ship incorrect items, ignore customers, and avoid accountability.
Do not trust Fleava. Do not spend your money here.

Over the years, MPB had started and more than me, my wife wasn't happy the way I was looking. After searching so much, I tried Fleava and it literally saved my marriage! I am on the 7th month and the hairline keeps on improving.

The customer department is very helpful. They answer to any question very soon, and gives a lot of instructions.

This is 100% a scam. You will get your orders product but it does not work. The real problem is you will continue to get billed for product you will never receive. When you contact them by email which is the only way to reach them they will promise to give you a refund that never comes all the while continuing to bill you. I filed a claim with my card company and requested a new card.

Scammers order over 6 weeks late and they "out of stock" and yet somehow still cmanaged somehow add a subscription and charge me for another batch?!?!? Even tho they oit of stock?!?!? Avoid like a plague!!!
