Our contract was up with our previous service provider which lacked customer service and our main reason for leaving. John from the get go reassured me that we would be in good hands. We switched from Ram to Fleeteye and are we ever happy we did! The transition was painless and we are now paying HALF of what we were paying with Ram! The website is easy to move around in and training is offered for free.

Fleet eye has provided a great GPS service for our fleet and their customer service is fantastic

I received an email from them the other day that read:

We don't appreciate you trying to gaslight us. We've never spoken to you, we didn't ask for information, and we certainly wouldn't want to sign up if you're lying to us right out of the gate.

I have used Fleeteye to track my fleet of 8 vehicles for 5 years running. During this time, they had 100% uptime, the customer service was always prompt and courteous and their install/refit techs were only a phone call away. I used it primarily to liability purposes during snow plowing operations and to keep my employees honest. Highly recommend.

Fleeteye is an amazing company to work with. Not only are the GPS tracking consistent and easy to navigate, it also keeps clean records that are just as easy to read. Being able to monitor our fleet in all locations has been a tremendous help. I would recommend them to everyone in need to these services.

In summation,
The device on the scissor lift did not work. The tech returned to make adjustments and shorted out some wires. After spending the $2200 with the lift service to try to restore the functionality of the lift, we ended up scraping it (the lift). Probably cost us more than $5000 out of pocket in the end.
F450 truck has some mechanical issues and hasn’t been on the road for more than 2.5 years.
Sierra 1500 – we removed the device because it was causing a multitude of electrical issues.
Over all customer satisfaction – ZERO
What happens when good intentions turn south. . . and no customer follow up?

Fleet eye reached out to tell us about their product. Have had them installed for a few weeks now and find it is very easy to track our fleet, mileage and speeding. It also helps to know if anyone is using the vehicle outside of business hours unauthorized.

Excellent product and great customer service. Fleeteye tracking allows our company to see where our delivery vechiles are at all times, giving us the ability to up date our customer's deliveries in real time. Being able to see exsactly where are drivers are at anytime gives us the ability to direct and reroute our divers from the office saving us lots of time and money. Also excellent customer service John returned our call promptly and was a great help.
