I am disappointed that despite being approximately 20,000 kilometres under my allocated usage and not using my allocated tyre budget, I have still been left with an outstanding balance at the conclusion of my lease. This outcome suggests that the original running cost estimates were inaccurate and did not adequately reflect my actual vehicle usage.

Had I been provided with more realistic projections and clearer information throughout the lease term, I would have expected a different financial outcome. The fact that I have a debt owing despite substantially underutilising both kilometre and tyre allocations raises concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the leasing calculations.

Its a shame Glencore Australia uses this company. Trying to set up a lease is significantly harder then it should be. Got an email from them saying my car would be ready to pick up on a certain date. When the date came around I contacted the car dealer to organise pick up only to find out that Fleetpartners had never bothered to pay for the car. Getting them to reply to emails is almost impossible

Setting up a lease expecting someone to use 1.8 tyres over the course of a 5 year lease is what this business thinks is reasonable. Drive 12 months (25,000 kms) under your projected and advised kms, just have standard services done etc and this business will bill you for being $4000 outside of your lease… why because even though they’re the ‘experts’ there’s no real or feasible metrics attached to their supposed calculations of what your monthly lease deductibles should be. Even removing comprehensive insurance out of the lease and paying it out of my own pocket, has no negated the defective way the lease was set up. But apparently, that’s on me.
What an absolute joke.
Working for a business whereby most other people are with Lease Plan and have such positive experiences, I was unfortunately directed to Fleet Partners who love to gaslight you and give you mental health challenges.
