Picked Up Dropped Ball!

I had talked with an agent of this company and had a quote from her. I asked to call her back to confirm that we wanted the package that was offered. When I tried to reach her, she was out of her office and did not leave another number to contact her. I tried twice to no avail. Using trustpilot.com I found reviews of this company. Most were excellent, but a couple were not. Those that were not, were answered by their customer service person. I contacted her by e-mail and received a phone call within two hours. Phil got everything straightened out. We have our trip booked and the company generously upgraded our hotel in Rome. That was great service, quickly and efficiently. Thank You, Lynn and Phil at Fleetway!
