They cancelled a pre booked taxi the day before leaving me stranded and unable to get another booking. No apology, no reason just an automated cancellation. My experience is this company is unreliable and unprofessional. Won’t be using them again
Very good experience. The telephone booking was easy, very pleasant operator, and the car was in time. The driver was very kind, helping me with a heavy sewing machine. I can’t fault the service.

We were just trying to cross the road at a zebra crossing and the fleetways taxi pulled out in front of us clearly seeing we were crossing the road. I will never use this company again.

Avoid .... This company don't disserve any business, they have the rudest receptionist called Sarah, who needs a lesson in customer service. And when they finally send a pre-booked taxi its always late! If I could give zero stars I would have.
They are the bigggest taxi company in the city of York.
I rang them and asked if I could book a disabled taxi and they said, we do not take advanced bookings. You have to ring at the moment you want to travel and we then look to see if any disabled taxis are on the road.
I asked how likely it would be that there would be none on the road weekday daytime & they said its highly likely we will turn you away.
Then I asked if I could travel in a manual wheelchair & pay extra for a driver to push the wheelchair a few metres from my door to the car & they said they do not push wheelchairs. I honestly would have paid £10 more for the push
