Fletcher Estate Planning is a Georgia law firm dedicated exclusively to helping individuals and families protect the people they love, preserve their assets, and prepare for the future with confidence. We understand that estate planning can feel complicated or uncomfortable, so our goal is to make the process clear, personal, and manageable. Led by attorney Jim Fletcher, our firm assists clients with wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives for healthcare, transfer-on-death deeds, asset-protection planning, and other customized estate-planning strategies. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all documents, we take the time to understand each client’s family, property, concerns, and long-term goals. We then develop a plan designed for that client’s unique circumstances. Jim Fletcher is the author of *Estate Planning for Georgia Families* and has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 rating from Avvo. He has also completed advanced training through organizations including WealthCounsel and Elder Law College. Fletcher Estate Planning serves clients throughout Metro Atlanta and across Georgia. For clients who have difficulty traveling, we may also provide mobile estate-planning services, including meetings at homes, hospitals, and care facilities when appropriate. Our commitment does not end when documents are signed. We want clients to understand how their plans work, what steps may still need to be completed, and how their plans should evolve as their lives change. At Fletcher Estate Planning, we believe a well-designed estate plan provides more than legal documents. It provides direction during a crisis, protection for loved ones, and peace of mind for the future.

The Fletcher Estate Planning Client Confidence Guarantee

Understanding, Accuracy, and Timeliness

Understanding, Accuracy, and Timeliness
At Fletcher Estate Planning, we believe you should leave the estate-planning process feeling confident—not confused, uncertain, or wondering what you just signed. That is why we make three important promises to every client: 1) You Will Understand Your Estate Plan We will explain your estate plan in clear, understandable language and answer your questions until you feel comfortable with how it works. If you do not understand an important part of your plan, we will meet with you again at no additional charge until you do. Our goal is not simply to prepare documents. We want you to understand what each document does, whom you have chosen to act for you, how your assets will be handled, and what steps may still be needed to make your plan effective. 2) We Will Correct Our Errors at No Charge We carefully review every estate plan before it is finalized. However, if Fletcher Estate Planning makes a drafting, clerical, or administrative error in documents we prepare, we will correct it promptly at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to errors made by our firm and does not include changes you request after approving your plan, revisions resulting from new information or changed circumstances, or updates required because the law has changed. 3) We Will Complete Your Work When Promised When we give you a completion date, you should be able to rely on it. We guarantee that your estate-planning work will be completed by the date we promise, provided that you have timely supplied the information, decisions, documents, and approvals we need from you. If an unexpected issue could affect the promised completion date, we will communicate with you promptly rather than leaving you wondering about the status of your plan. These guarantees reflect our commitment to clear communication, accurate work, dependable service, and an estate plan you can understand and trust.
