Customer service is essentially non-existent.
I placed an order on 9/24/2023. Per their own website, it may take up to 2 business days to process and ship orders. After a week, I reached out via email regarding my order as it had yet to ship. I followed up twice via email over the next week, as no response was provided.
I received an automated email promoting their Instagram account. I decided to try messaging them through Instagram, where I received a reply about 12 hours after sending a message. They confirmed my email and stated someone would be reaching out “asap”.
There has been no response from them, no updates on my order or why it hasn’t shipped in two full weeks despite it only taking “up to 2 days” to process and ship.
I’m a little disappointed in their lack of communication, as I was really only looking for more information, reasoning behind the delay. I opted to order their products with a subscription, and it’s looking as though I’m going to be charged again before my original order even arrives.
Update: I received a response from their member support team via email on 10/10/2023, along with a separate email confirming my refund.
I went on their website to check my order status, and I confirmed that it was refunded. Unfortunately, my subscriptions were not cancelled as requested. When I tried to cancel them, it instructed me to send an email. I did.
Two business days, no response again. I reach out to them on Instagram asking what the expected response time is and was told only one business day. Weird.
10/24/2023, 10 full business days (as their website says it may take up to), no refund. I send an email again, and receive no response even after three business days.
I disputed the transaction.
I’m disappointed in the complete lack of customer service provided by this company. I should not have to make an Instagram account to communicate with a business.
I would not recommend anyone spend their money with them.
