Ordered an item over a week ago, e-mailed to find out when I could expect my parcel, no reply! Attempted to follow their link to put in a complaint and the e-Mail rejected.
Received an update a few minutes after complaint attempt saying that the order was on it way, tried to track it today and website is ‘under maintenance’
I believe that the reviews on their website are fake! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered an item well over a week ago. Got in touch with them to see what has happened with the order and the email address is apparently not valid. Not sure whether I will ever see what I order, but I’m currently not hopeful. Wish I had checked trust pilot first... a good reminder for online purchases. I ordered from the .com website.

Total scam company... DO NOT ORDER items not as described.. charge 65.00 for items from pound shop!!! If you have ordered from this company report them immediately to trading standards.

First time order from this company and definitely will be the last time 6weeks and still haven’t received my rest of the order emailed them couple time without no success I feel like been rip off my money 👎avoid people

Avoid. I ordered two items, when they arrived after one month from China they were not as advertised. I returned it two months ago no refund and no answer to any of my 10 emails I sent with a prove of the retuned postage.

Very poor quality and only one item arrived which took over a month. I would avoid this company at all costs

Absolute scam, requested a refund after returning products, which were originally advertised wrong, and still not received it 3 months on. Total fraud. Getting their products of Wish and selling at a high price. Would be better to get stuff off Wish. Avoid this company!

Huge scam! Spent £52 on weighted wrist and leg cuffs, these rediculous little cuffs came with no weights. No email response no refund. Absolute Fraud

Misleading advertisement, fake reviews, Can't contact them HOWEVER as soon as I sent an email expressing my annoyance they replied threatening to contact the police,ha!! On Trust Pilot they score 1/5 but on there own site its all good reviews haha! (fake reviews for sure!) AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

The same as someone else has wrote-ordered a 30kg weighted vest for 32.99 with no weights in it.
Sent an email with no response. No way of getting through to them.

Avoid.

Products were delayed. Wrote a few times and got an initial response. Then silence for a week. Eventually got a reply and the suspension trainers arrived. Quality looks great.

Customer service could have been a little sharper but all in all, happy enough.

Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before buying. Exactly the same as others. Item took ages to come, ordered weighted vest, no weights and far too big. Told to return to Turkey. Got nowhere with email (although someone was corresponding with me). Avoid at all costs.

-very poor quality
-misleading information (the weight are not included with the products which is not mentioned anywhere and they don't actually sell the weights)
-false promotion ("discount" always running)
-fake reviews (all the products are reviewed 5 stars on their website)
-review suppression (I saw some 1-star review on their website mentioning some of these issues which mysteriously disappeared after a couple of hours)

1 star because the item arrived Approx 6 weeks after ordering despite a dozen or more emails from me and having cancelled prior to despatch. I have asked how to return and had one response giving me an address in Turkey. Previously during an online chat with a sales person I was given a UK address but I want verification as it is a residential address. They are like getting blood out of a stone.. and the product looks pretty shoddy too.

Total con. Ordered a ‘30kg weighted vest’, it arrived a month later, weighing zero kg. Just a vest with no weights attached. Company will claim the vest just has the capacity for 30kg but the advert was purposely misleading. They don’t even sell the very specifically shaped small rectangular weights you would need to load the vest. Went straight in the bin.
