It’s important that I take a moment to recognize Laura Prieto.

I sold my car here

I sold my car here. Mario (Estepona show room) was my manager. He did all his best during the process of evaluación, signing the contract and helped me all through the steps. He made my experience very smooth and comfortable. I was treated with respect and patience that is not common in Spain. That is why 5stars but because of Mario.

Extremely Poor Service – Still No Car After nearly 3 Weeks

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing an MG HS through Flexicar. It has now been almost three weeks since completing all finance and purchase requirements, and I still do not have my car.

The vehicle has been sitting in the garage ready for collection for over a week, but the garage cannot release it because Flexicar has not made the required payment. The garage even confirmed that the only thing stopping me from collecting the car is Flexicar’s own internal delay.

I contacted Flexicar multiple times and received no response, no update, and no urgency to resolve the issue. This level of service is unacceptable for a company selling vehicles.

I expected a smooth process, but instead I’ve been left waiting, chasing, and completely uninformed. If this is how Flexicar handles payments and communication, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing through them.

Still waiting for my car — and still no resolution. If I do not have the car by tomorrow, I will cancel the contract and go elsewhere. They have been told they just clearly dont care.

Thanks for the reply much faster reply on here than the email address !!!!!! SENT 3 EMAILS TO THE ADDRESS OVER THA PAST WEEK NO REPLY

Great sales lady but the team doesn’t pull together

Estefania is a lovely sales person who made the buying process easy despite me only speaking basic Spanish. In a day she had all my documents and the car was paid in full. She messaged me to say she was going on holiday and so her colleague would do the hand over on her behalf. She was also hopeful the car would be ready on the Friday.

Monday came no news and no one to message and so I went in. I was met with hostility and informed the car was not ready and was still in the garage and left with no one to liaise with. In the end I sent two emails to the branch, neither got answered and messaged someone at central (not sure how I had their number) but he got Roberto to message me. Result I’ve got a point of contact. 2 days the answers were the same ‘I am waiting for central to say the car can be released’ I point out that I’m due to fly back to the uk and so they will be left storing it if they can’t get it to me. The exchanges were long and I felt like a nightmare customer. I finally got told I could have it and arranged a time to come and collect. The collection was perfect and I’m glad I purchased my car. I would just say the way to improve is for the colleagues to work as a team and help their colleagues out when they are away from the business.

We had a great experience with Flexicar…

We had a great experience with Flexicar in Estepona. However, we didn’t get our car due to banking issues. The staff were excellent especially Estefania. She tried everything with her power to organise the loan, kept contact with us in a daily basis and made the process hassle free. Her professionalism is outstanding. We are grateful to knowing her.

Recently bought a car from flexicar…

Recently bought a car from flexicar Velez Malaga Costa del Sol absolutely fabulous service from Carlos the young sales man polite courteous (if this young man is encouraged he will be managing his own showroom) unfortunately his manager had very bad customer relations I waited 5 weeks for my car that I had paid for in full I informed them that I was mobility challenged with heart problems and after been given two different dates I could have the car passed with me having no car excuse after excuse but young Carlos was the shining star throughout this process it is because of this young salesman that I continued with the purchase so well done young man

Flexicar is a desaster

Flexicar is a desaster. Bought a Jaguar F-Pace 1,5 years ago and had a total engine failure. Guarantee was one year. Furthermore I´ll wait until now for my papers. They are unable to provide me with the official documents – until now. I can only warn you – stay away from Flexicar!

Buying a car from Flexicar has turned into a nightmare!!!

Purchased the car paid cash and as added piece of mind took extra two years warranty. i later receive a message from Casper Insurance asking me to digitally sign for insurance and to give then permission to take unspecified amounts from my bank account in recurrent payments, and the form to sign makes me the debtor if i sign. I was totally shocked and needed help and advise with regard to this demand. I also was given a paper headed DGT which i did not fully understand apart from the fact it was only valid until the 04/03/2026 i assume it has to do with ownership of the car. I desperately needed help so i contacted the dealership sending them copies of the paperwork and asking for help and advise. I did not receive any reply at all. I then tried to contact Flexicar using there contact service on-line i was again totally ignored apart from my last attempt when i said i would need to find legal assistant because Flexicar totally ignored. I then received a short reply telling me to contact there clientes email and they would respond. After many attempts all totally ignored i have been left with a warranty i paid for that expires in 7 days because i will not authorize an insurance company to take money out of my bank account because Flexicar will not help or contact me. I am uncertain if i can actually drive the car or if i own it because all i have is a paper that has expired. I am left with a car i paid cash for, a warranty i paid for that will be made void and now to seek legal advise for someone to explain just how legal i am using the car. The pleasure of purchasing the care has literally been taken from me, i would like to sell it to be honest, but without advise do not think i can if paperwork is missing. I have received the standard pre-scipted rey today from flexicar.es informing me to contact clientes email why would they ask me to do this after 27 attempts contacting clientes email and they have ignored every attempt to contact them would they ask me to do that?. Reading some of the many complaints about there service, the main one being clientes never reply, and ignore all contacts made to them that they deem negative. I now know there is only one course of action left.

The long wait for the payment for the…

The long wait for the payment for the car I sold was a little concerning. Apart from that it was all handled smoothly. I used them this time because I sold them my 2nd car a year ago and was happy with the service. Just the payment which takes a couple of weeks to be processed. I would use them again.

No owners manual came with the car not happy defective wiper blades and no wiper solution. If the company likes a wider ordinance it should provide a English speaking sale's rep

My experience with Flexicar has been terrible

My experience with Flexicar has been terrible since the beginning. I was told I’d have to wait 3 weeks for them to deliver the vehicle. They told me the car was in perfect condition- there were over 15 visible scratches on the car, all alloy wheels were damaged and the skirt at the front and sides had scratches on every part. The bumper was also scratched. I was told someone would call me the following week to repair the paintwork, 3 months later I am still waiting. I still haven’t received the paperwork for my car which is a service I paid their gestor more for. The temporary paperwork I was given is now out of date. To top this off I’ve sent 3 messages looking for the paperwork in the last week and they haven’t had the courtesy to reply.

Great experience, just one weakness

I was very happy with the way how my car was sold. 5 stars for that part. The people at the shop were very helpful and did a very thorough inspection.
I am not happy about the time it takes to receive my money.
