Buying a car from Flexicar has turned into a nightmare!!!
Purchased the car paid cash and as added piece of mind took extra two years warranty. i later receive a message from Casper Insurance asking me to digitally sign for insurance and to give then permission to take unspecified amounts from my bank account in recurrent payments, and the form to sign makes me the debtor if i sign. I was totally shocked and needed help and advise with regard to this demand. I also was given a paper headed DGT which i did not fully understand apart from the fact it was only valid until the 04/03/2026 i assume it has to do with ownership of the car. I desperately needed help so i contacted the dealership sending them copies of the paperwork and asking for help and advise. I did not receive any reply at all. I then tried to contact Flexicar using there contact service on-line i was again totally ignored apart from my last attempt when i said i would need to find legal assistant because Flexicar totally ignored. I then received a short reply telling me to contact there clientes email and they would respond. After many attempts all totally ignored i have been left with a warranty i paid for that expires in 7 days because i will not authorize an insurance company to take money out of my bank account because Flexicar will not help or contact me. I am uncertain if i can actually drive the car or if i own it because all i have is a paper that has expired. I am left with a car i paid cash for, a warranty i paid for that will be made void and now to seek legal advise for someone to explain just how legal i am using the car. The pleasure of purchasing the care has literally been taken from me, i would like to sell it to be honest, but without advise do not think i can if paperwork is missing. I have received the standard pre-scipted rey today from flexicar.es informing me to contact clientes email why would they ask me to do this after 27 attempts contacting clientes email and they have ignored every attempt to contact them would they ask me to do that?. Reading some of the many complaints about there service, the main one being clientes never reply, and ignore all contacts made to them that they deem negative. I now know there is only one course of action left.

The long wait for the payment for the car I sold was a little concerning. Apart from that it was all handled smoothly. I used them this time because I sold them my 2nd car a year ago and was happy with the service. Just the payment which takes a couple of weeks to be processed. I would use them again.

2 star's
No owners manual came with the car not happy defective wiper blades and no wiper solution. If the company likes a wider ordinance it should provide a English speaking sale's rep

My experience with Flexicar has been terrible
My experience with Flexicar has been terrible since the beginning. I was told I’d have to wait 3 weeks for them to deliver the vehicle. They told me the car was in perfect condition- there were over 15 visible scratches on the car, all alloy wheels were damaged and the skirt at the front and sides had scratches on every part. The bumper was also scratched. I was told someone would call me the following week to repair the paintwork, 3 months later I am still waiting. I still haven’t received the paperwork for my car which is a service I paid their gestor more for. The temporary paperwork I was given is now out of date. To top this off I’ve sent 3 messages looking for the paperwork in the last week and they haven’t had the courtesy to reply.

Great experience, just one weakness
I was very happy with the way how my car was sold. 5 stars for that part. The people at the shop were very helpful and did a very thorough inspection.
I am not happy about the time it takes to receive my money.
Easy and quick deal
Easy and quick deal. It was already the 2nd one with flexicar in Almeria
Fast and reliable operation
I sold my car from abroad and the service was pretty good. If I gave 4 stars is because they drop the price of the car significantly once they checked it and I had to negotiate for a fair price that was closer to the original value. I do not like to fight if I am being honest and fair. I value my time so if we schedule an appointment it should be honoured.
All was good and pretty fast
Well done

I got paid in just one week time after I left my car …
thank you Flexicar la linea… 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

It was a good experience overall but I am not from Spain and had a huge learning curve. Paperwork takes so long here and we were asked for the same paperwork at least three times. Delivery of the car also took a long time. You took my money but took a month to give me my car. In the end though all is fine and our salesperson Roberto was superb.
Billed three times for one car
The staff was nice and very helpful but the car has taken more than three weeks to deliver and their headquarters in Germany has attempted to bill me twice again after paying for the car! You would think it’s ascam.

Multi stage and Long winded process
Multi stage and Long winded process to obtain a price for selling our car to them. After visual inspection of bodywork offer of Euro 4500, and drop to Euro 3000 after workshop inspection with no explanation for significant drop in price. A fair market price was between Euro 4500 and Euro 5500. The process required two visits and elasped time between visits about a week. One star because staff were friendly.

Where is our CAR?!
We paid in full for SUV but since payment there is no communication.
It’s been 3 weeks and we don’t know where the car is! There is no updates!
Very bad customer service! Avoid this company! 👎
The car was delivered after over 3 weeks since we paid for it in very bad condition! Scratches all over the car, suspensions damaged, 2 lights cracked and lose, side mirror completely broken and cracked, car was dirty from inside, mileage was almost 2,000km higher (obviously car was used since we paid for it), car mechanic we paid for find 45 other faults in the system after computer connection. It’s been month and half and we still don’t have our car what we paid for and management doesn’t care at all!
We emailed all explanations about terrible service and damaged delivered car to email provided by Flexicar reply but no reply from them as USUAL! Why they provided email address on review reply than they don’t bother even reply?!
WE CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING IN THE COMPANY WHICH IS IN EU COUNTRY!!!

AVOID
RACIST? SEXIST? MANIPULATIVE?
Or is it disinterest, lack of professionalism, lack of ethics and gross incompetence.
I had to fight to get any response from the salesman when purchasing and when eventually he was bullied into negotiating a sale, I was manipulated into buying a three year warranty contract for 1600€, when the vehicle was by European law, covered for 2 anyway. Within the 15 pages of documentation I had to sign on delivery, they also managed to include a cause for me to agree only 1yr of that 2 yr law!
When the ABS alert light came on, after about 2 months, I contacted both the salesman and the warranty number he gave. Meantime, the oil light came on and when I checked, I found it was only just above minimum. After 3 emails and 2 telephone calls, I finally got to speak to somebody, but had to employ translation services as they ignored my request for WhatsApp, so that I could translate. Although warranty stated I should bear no inconvenience or costs, including transport and be given a replacement vehicle if necessary, I was expected to travel over 100km to the nearest Flexicar outlet, where the car would be seen at their convenience.
After some discussion over this I requested intervention of a higher authority. Apparently customers are not permitted to speak with anyone more superior than a salesperson or warranty agent. The salesman also denied even knowing the name of the Flexicar CEO, although I found it easily on the internet.
It is now more than two weeks since I reported this and I have had a further two emails from the warranty department, saying they will contact me for an appointment??? So, I am no further forward, but apparently I can continue to drive the car unless a red light comes on.
Looks like legal action will have to be taken, as I have no fault diagnostics scheduled and on requesting cancellation and a refund on my worthless 3 yr warranty, the salesman referred me to the warranty agent!!
So let's be clear, you are calling me a liar, on Trustpilot. You say I make statements that do not reflect reality, but yet you do not put your name to this, you hide behind Flexicar!
You also give me a departmental email address for my problem to be investigated. If you really are N0 1 in your field, then I would expect a Senior member of staff to be concerned about my review and take steps to resolve the problem. Yet you merely substantiate what I have said by your disinterest!!

We had a very good experience here
We had a very good experience here. Jesus was great and explained the whole process, we were selling and very happy with the price offered, we would definitely recommend this company if you want to sell, highly recommend Jesus in Benidorm.
Sold a Car That Wouldn’t Pass ITV
I bought a DS7 E-TENSE from Flexicar Elche. Before paying, they agreed in writing to replace a blurry, defective windscreen that an independent mechanic confirmed would not pass ITV, meaning the car isn’t legally roadworthy without repair.
Flexicar approved the replacement on October 22nd and after weeks of calls and emails, I still haven’t been given a repair date. I’m now having to take formal action just to get a basic safety repair they promised before delivery. Customers should be aware that once the sale is made, getting Flexicar to honour agreed repairs can be very difficult

Terrible experience Flexicar Lisbon
In September, my husband and I sold our car to Flexicar Lisbon. By mistake, we left our Via Verde identifier inside the car. In October, we noticed that the device started being used to pay tolls in Odivelas.
I immediately contacted Flexicar, explained what happened, and provided evidence that the Via Verde was still being used after the car was handed over. Their response was essentially to deny any responsibility and claim that no one had taken it. However, we know for a fact that we left it inside the car, and it was clearly used after the sale. They refused to properly investigate, take accountability, or reimburse us for the toll charges, despite the proof.
On top of that, the price we were originally offered on the website was later reduced by around €5,000 after we left the car with them. We felt pressured and “squeezed” down on the value after the fact, which felt very unfair and misleading.
Overall, our experience with Flexicar Lisbon has been extremely disappointing: lack of transparency, no accountability, and very poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
