A con. Do not buy from these people. Ordered a Hobbs Denim dress after about 5 weeks a fake Bvulgaria necklace turned up (tat) worth about £1.00. Managed to email them eventually they offered me to keep the bracelet and a refund off about a £10. When I refused this and wanted full refund and they can have the necklace back. They said it wasn't there fault it was the carrier and so only offering the above. So contacted Visa.
