het antwoord op mijn vraag was duidelijk, uitgebreid en 'verstaanbaar'. Ik verstuur 4 tot 6 keer per jaar een digitale nieuwsbrief, vooral informatief, dus het is geen standaard activiteit. Daarom was het belangrijk om een duidelijk antwoord te ontvangen (over hoe ik mijn probleem moest oplossen)

J'ai récément contacté le service de support de flexmail au sujet d'une api que j'utilisais. C'est une api déprécié et je m'attendais a avoir une réponse me disant qu'on ne pouvait me renseigner au sujet d'une api déprécié. Pourtant j'ai eu une réponse RAPIDE (dans l'heure), et EXTREMENT précise, avec une personne compétente merci a elle pour sa réponse !

Tot nu toe heb ik alleen maar positieve ervaringen met Flexmail. Sinds enkele maanden ben ik betalende klant. De applicatie werkt goed en er is veel documentatie beschikbaar. Als ik toch vast geraak contacteer ik de toppers van Flexmail support. Best e-mailmarketingdienst in de Benelux!
