I shoot cinematic content in the nature and I’ve got FLEXSMART Slider that fits in my backpack. Lightweight but super sturdy. I’ve dropped it once already (oops!) and it still works perfectly. Love how easy it is to set up . My videos look 10x better now.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I brought a mini camera with express shipping and it took over a month to arrive and the Quilty of the product was unbelievable, CHEAP plastic and no pride in their products!

Agreed with all other reviewers about the very poor quality services and this product that is not as advertised.
To make it worse after nearly two month from my initial ordering date, that the product finally (through email that it) arrived and out for delivery, the deliver (Chinese/Asian looking) guy didn’t even put the product at my unit’s door, instead dropped off down at the lobby’s side table (that has lots other junk on it), took a picture (I supposed he claimed it was “delivered”) and then rushed off. When contacted the “seller” via email but never get any response.
My package was “claimed” by a “usual suspect” frequent our building ….. (all these activities were seen through the in-house surveillance system).

I bought the universal pan and tilt head. and guess what?! Its joint are made from plastic!! I did not last a month and of course they won't give me a refund.

How is it supposed to stand a Canon 5D with so poor material ? or any camera ...

My advise, don't waste your money as I did.

As with other people's experience, the product will not support my Nikon D800 even when I tighten the joints up as much as possible. I have sent numerous emails but have yet to receive a reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

My experience is similar to other reviewers. The product does not work as advertised. The head does not hold up my Canon EOS camera with my lightest lens the 24-105. They would not give me a refund because I purchased this on sale. The web site says they have a 30 day money back guarantee. Do not buy from this company!

Awful company. Bought a tilting tripod head which does not perform as advertised, so is basically worthless. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I was ineligible as it had a $4 discount! Buyers beware.

I bought the 'lightweight tripod' (tripod 3120) What a useless piece of junk. Flimsy, cheap, too small to be any use. If you could buy a fitting it might hold a smartphone but isn't strong enough for anything else. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased mine quite some time ago and I am very pleased with it, either on or off the tripod. Awesome for macro and food/product photography.

I'm actually impressed by this. So far it's great. True, as in my case, you have to tighten it a bit to get it to stay, I would say that's just common sense when using it. Ive tried it with stars, macro, and even rotating the camera 90 degrees for a vertical shot. It fits all four of my tripods because of the two different thread sizes on the base or sits flat and stable on its own. The large wheel to tighten the camera to the z stand is a nice touch and feels solid. No finger cramping, pinching, etc. It sits tightly if the balance is right, common sense.

A tripod not even worth 1 star. Bad construction, cheap materials, no cap for bottom of the center column, lightweight and unbalanced, top joints on legs are loose, and it struggles with a 1kg camera, quick release for side tilt gets in the way of mounting the camera flat on the stand. Honestly, for the price didn't expect it to be such terrible made in China garbage. Don't waste your time with this model, buy something better. This model is both a waste of plastic and aluminum. If it can't hold a camera flat what's the point. Reached out before even opening the purchase for a return as I bought the wrong item but their 30 day money back guarantee doesn't cover sale items and the whole site was on a flash sale at the time. Which is fine, its policy but the quality of the item I received doesn't even compare to the claims the website makes on the product. In short nothing but a scam. User's recommendation: Avoid this website and all dealings with them.
