Communicative and proactive :) Before I ordered I sent an email asking whether the magnetic ring that is attached to one's device could be removed and placed on another device and I received a prompt and courteous reply indicating that multiple rings were included with the Flexsta but that removing one after it had been attached would likely compromise the adhesive. Everything thereafter (placing my order, communication while the package was in transit, notification upon arrival, follow-up upon receipt) was top notch.

Amazing product and customer service! I spoke with Flo about getting some extra magnet rings and they were super helpful.

Works great. Hard to find dedicated stands for portable monitors

Flo was super helpful during the whole shipping and tracking process. They sent the product to Chile (I was the first shipping they were doing to Chile) and even though we had some inconvenient with Correos de Chile, I finally got my Flexsta and I love it! Get yours soon :)

I contacted Flo at Flexta to ask if my monitor would be compatible, she asked me to send a photo and responded very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the Flexta stand, it's sturdy but light and compact and makes using my 15.6" monitor on the go an absolute breeze. Highly recommended.

The Flexsta stand shipped quickly and was easy to track from the UK to my address in the US. Item was well packaged for shipping and well packaged within. I appreciate that 2 magnets were included to attach my screen to the stand.

On-time delivery and a high-quality product as advertised.

First of all, the product is fine and is of high quality. I would have included a lock for the telescope stand, so that you can lock it in the different hights, that you want it be at, and not just rely on the telescopes strength. It would probably also increase the Max weight wich is 900 grams to way over 1kg.
I live in Europe, so the extra toll, taxess etc, did make it 25% more expensive. Its still 25-35% cheaper then the original product its made after. But it is anoying and time consumming to deal with the toll and tax departement, because of the unfortunate “Brexit-saga”.

I've received a 2nd monitor for my laptop, and I noticed that placing it on the side wasn't optimal as it take too much space on the desk and end up misaligned from the primary ones. It was not so much comfortable to look at.
This stand fix this problem allowing me to place on top of the laptop, that's a perfect position.
It's completely made by metal, really sturdy yet compact and light (only 250g) i'm so impressed.

The magnet is very strong, and give the ability to mount and dismount it very quickly.
The shipping to Italy was quite fast, around a week.

Ho ricevuto un secondo monitor per il mio portatile e ho notato che posizionarlo lateralmente non era ottimale, in quanto occupava troppo spazio sulla scrivania e finiva per essere disallineato rispetto a quello principale. Non era molto comodo da guardare.
Questo supporto risolve il problema consentendomi di posizionarlo sopra il laptop, in una posizione perfetta.
È completamente in metallo, davvero robusto ma allo stesso tempo compatto e leggero (solo 250 g), sono davvero colpito.

Il maggnete è veramente forte e permette di montarlo e smontarlo in modo veramente rapido.
La spedizione in Italia è stata veramente veloce impiegando circa una settimana.

Works really well! The stand sits perfectly behind my laptop and it's easy to adjust the screen to the right height. The magnet and screen attachment system is solid and it's easy to attach the screen to the tripod. It packs down super small and has a great build quality.

The problem with having an external monitor is that its really hard to set it at the right height compared to my laptop screen - this solves that problem in a very compact way that doesn't tie me into a system of accessories and is easy to switch between monitors if I wanted to.

This is just what I've been looking for! I custom-ordered this product, and besides the product being amazing, the service is wonderful as well.

I've always used my portable monitors to the side of my screen and ended up not really looking at them. Now, I can use it above my laptop screen, occupying much less table space than it would sitting beside me.

And even though people give it a curious look, it's an amazing experience to have double the screen real estate in an incredibly portable format. Really, the only competition are the XREAL glasses, and they're significantly more expensive.
