Flextail Reviews

Wide variety of products, ideal for outdoor and active activities, such as the Zero pump and Outdoor shower. Quick and helpful customer service.

I’ve been using the Flextail EVO 3-in-1 Repeller and overall I’m very happy with the product. It is compact, practical and a very useful piece of outdoor gear.
My unit recently developed an issue with the battery indicator LEDs staying on after charging. I contacted Flextail customer service and received a quick and helpful response. They reviewed my case and offered a replacement, which I really appreciate.
Good product and very responsive customer support.

There was a problem with the item, but customer support was very helpful—good

Bought a Flextail Max Repeller S with "mats", works very well indoors. Since found there were "indoor" mats so bought some too. Brilliant for home (bedroom) and whilst fishing. Had problem but the company sent me a replacement, no quibble.

Ultralight technical pump air system for camping and outdoor sports.
Good communication with the company and verry reactiv for each customer request.

This would have been the second product I purchased having been extremely happy with the TINY PUMP 2X I purchased last year. However, I never got to receive the item as the courier company they chose in the UK is RELAY, who are next to useless! and this is on top of the fact delivery already takes an extraordinarily long time.
Now I need to find a mosquito repellent before going away next week!

The flashlight is super bright, also the magnet is super strong. I like how the swing arm on it allows you to change the angle of the light. The mosquito warmer is pretty awesome option on it. I did have some issues, but the company quickly resolved the issue.

Honestly one of the best companies in the field of outdoor sports! Generally speaking this company has a lot to offer in many fields! I am currently using the mini pumps for small inflatables and also the big pump for the SUP I have! Keep creating great equipment!!!

I love being outdoors. After a long hike I’m sometimes really exhausted. I pitch my tent and while I’m changing clothes, my Flextail pump is doing a great job filling my sleeping pad. It’s quick and efficient. The USB-C chargeable battery is really convinent. This is one of my luxury items while lightweight hiking. Never ever without again.

I am absolutely thrilled with the Flexile Max 3 Pump! As someone who has tried several different pumps over the years, this one completely stands out in terms of efficiency, comfort, and quiet operation. The design is incredibly user-friendly, and the suction power is both consistent and adjustable enough to find the perfect setting without any discomfort. What surprised me the most is how quiet it is—I can easily use it without interrupting conversations or waking anyone up. The battery life has also been fantastic, easily lasting through multiple sessions on a single charge. It is well-engineered, easy to clean, and worth every single penny. If you are on the fence about upgrading, do yourself a favor and get it. Highly recommended!

I've been using Flextail gear on camping for a while and products from them work completely fine. Great sleeping pad pumps and mosquito repellents. Recently, my Tiny Shower Bag developed a battery issue and stopped charging, so I reached out to their team. The customer service responded quickly, and the communication with the support team was very smooth. I appreciate their quick replies and helpful attitude.

I have owned a TINY REPELLER - 3-in-1 Mosquito Repellent with Camping Lantern for just over 2 years now and so I feel qualified to give a proper long term review.
First I should state that I am unfortunately a mosquito magnet. One of those people that your friends love as they know that if you are with them its you that is going to get bitten and not them! What's worse is that I always have a very severe reaction to getting bitten and end up with huge blisters and severe irritation.
Having got used to the horrors of spending every holiday covered in foul smelling, oily, DEET based mosquito repellent I have to say that I didn't hold out too much hope for this little gadget.
It is however simply brilliant. In the 2 years I have owned it and throughout multiple trips, I have never been bitten whilst I was using it.
I'll say that again I have never been bitten when using this device!
A couple of times when I forgot to use it, I was bitten so I know that mosquitos were present.
There is no way that I will now go anywhere that mosquitos are likely without using the Tiny Repeller.
It charges from my phone charger or power bank and will run all night on a full charge, so peace of mind while I'm sleeping.
I'd honestly give this 6 out of 5 if I could.

I have bought several items of Flextail, TINY REPELLER S - 2-in-1 Portable Mosquito Repellent with Lighting
TINY BIKE PUMP PRO-120 PSI High Pressure and LED Display Electric Bike Pump
TINY SLEEPING PAD R05 AVS- 5.6 R-Value Lightweight Automatic Inflation Pad
ZERO POWER 10,000C - The World's Lightest & Thinnest 10,000mAh Power Bank, not only for myself, but also as presents.

Could only recommend the products to anyone; furthermore, great service and delivery, and more so customer service and support.

I bought the flextail pump/light and vacuum seal bags for travelling. I thought the price seemed a little high compared to other vacuum bags but honestly, the quality is far superior to anything ive found before. The bags have really tough zips and the material is more flexible and feels durable. The pump is great with a good light, perhaps a little louder than ideal but still excellent nonetheless

Amazing speed at handling the shipment, product arrived nicely packed in a box with insulation. Needed the product for a coming trip and the team at Flextail delivered. Was not expecting the product to arrive so quickly, was truly surprised!

Thanks Flextail Customer service and Shipping Team ; well done!

Flextail is a superior company with superior products. I'm an avid outdoorsman and I bring my tiny repeller with me on every adventure.

Purchased a few items from flextail
Pump
Pillow
Shower
Tiny repeller s

All been great products and will continue to use going forward

I bought this tiny shower from FLEXTAIL, and I have to say, I’m really impressed with the quality. I’ve tried other portable products from brands you commonly see on Amazon, but this one feels much better made and more reliable.

It’s compact, easy to use, and surprisingly powerful for such a small shower. The design is well thought out, and you can tell that attention was actually paid to the details. It’s also convenient to pack and take with you, which makes it great for camping, traveling, road trips, or anywhere you don’t have access to a regular shower.

If you’re looking at portable showers and trying to decide which one to buy, I would definitely recommend giving FLEXTAIL a serious look. In my experience, the quality is worth it, and I’d choose this one over the cheaper alternatives I’ve seen on Amazon.

Thanks again Eric.P

I contacted Flextail via email regarding an issue with one of their products that was out of warranty; they understood my frustration and found a truly professional way to resolve the matter. Well done.
