Flightcase Warehouse Reviews

Really helpful with a custom designed guitar pedalboard flight case. Excellent customer service. I had a few tweaks to make after the purchase and it was done promptly with no extra charge.

Great flight case at an unbelievable price. My 2nd from you and really impressed

I contacted Flightcase Warehouse as I have used them before to ask for a quote to build a new case for my Dual Manual Organ - it was a bespoke build as I wanted a trunk on wheels.
They came back with a good price, reasonable turnaround time and the case when it arrived was spot on. Excellent build quality and exactly as expected. Great comms during the design stage. Highly recommended and I would use again - JC

Great service from start to finish with a quality product delivered on time. That's why we use Sam & the team at Flightcase Warehouse!

Brilliant Flight case..

I had a custom made flightcase made to transport my 4ft LOVE letters around and this case is perfect! I gave the team a dodgy drawing with some measurements late at night and it was returned as a PDF mock up the next morning. Sam's customer service was fantastic through out and even when I asked for a very last minute alteration, it was completed without issue and even delivered on a Saturday to help me out even more! 5* isn't enough of a rating. I'll be back with a new dodgy drawing. :)

Fantastic case perfect in all detail! Thanks 🙏

Fast delivery.
Was a little disappointed with the design of the Spider case.

The carry handles are on both sides of the case which means there is "hardware" on all four edges of the case, so it doesnt sit level when loaded or just set down on a short edge. Its only level when sitting on its feet, which is not a conveniant "plane" for loading in the van (Also the feet get in the way for this). However, one handle removed and feet removed and its fine !!

No messing about. Delivered next day as stated. Website stock levels spot on.

First time that I have used Flightcase Warehouse
I would 100% recommend this company, super efficient and very professional.
Would definitely be my first choice, I will use them again

Great service quality case delivered next day

I needed a custom flightcase for an early 70s analog synthesiser. It wasn’t one Flightcase Warehouse had a template for, so I took measurements myself and sent them off. A few weeks later I received the case, and I’m delighted - it’s perfect. I’ve used FW several times in the past and I’m always very happy with the service and the product.

Responsive & Helpful -
More reliable protection than Durex.

well made box delivery was good well worth the money you may wait a little due to production time you are on a line

Great customer service and very helpful! A little mistake when I was ordering which could have been pointed out and sorted before shipping! Besides that, excellent!

Sam was very communicative and made the process easy. I needed the case for a deadline and they managed to deliver it well in advance, and it performed very well protecting my antique instrument on the plane.

Just 1st Class all the way very happy ⭐️
