My wife booked through this Flight Centre to go to Europe via Sydney, Dubai then Rome. We arrived at Christchurch Airport on the appointed day only to be told by the airline that they had NO reservations for her on the flight! They had no seat confirmation from Flight Centre. Flight Centre had not bothered to confirm with the airline that all was in order. We had paid for accommodation in Rome which of course she subsequently lost. We had paid for Flight Centre to manage all the bookings , phone calls etc.
This happened at the beginning of June and to date nothing has happened, no reply to many emails, phone calls etc
We are not going to let them get away with this absolutely terrible service!
Teane is fab! You will be very well looked after and her attention to detail is on point! She came up with a tailored plan for our trip to Bali after one short conversation and it was spot on for us. She had listened to everything we wanted. Teane took all of the stress out of booking a holiday and made it an absolute pleasure! Do not hesitate to go and book through Teane! We will be back 😊

Utterly useless. My 18yo bought tickets for her OE. When she got to the airport, despite her having an itinerary and an email telling her to present this ticket with your passport etc, there were no tickets in the airline database. Long story short - took so long to have ticket issued, she missed her flights. Trying to rebook they denied that they hadn't issued the tickets properly the months earlier then denied that they had resent the ticket when it did finally appear in the database 16 minutes after the flights closed. Despite clear evidence, they deducted fees and taxes when we reissued. We also tried to go to the local branch to speak to someone in person. They refused to help as it was booked online and not their franchise.
Original itinerary was sent with no advice around visas or entry requirements.
Refund? 12-16 weeks. Booked new flights via Expedia.

Hannah is fantastic at her Job. She is very fast at organizing and re arranging our many add ons etc. We had great advice from Hannah and will deal with her for as long as she's in Travel. She's the best agent I've ever booked with. We're home now and had a fabulous time in Vietnam and Chiang Mai and Phuket. Can't wait to go back next year For more Adventures. Grace have been our family go to when we are booking our holidays for over few years now. She used to be in Riccarton and moved to Barrington despite the longer distance we still go to her. Grace is truly an asset to Flight centre her expertise in travel, she does what she says she will do and she would go above and beyond for her customers. I recently had an overseas travel due to medical reasons, and the experience was truly amazing throughout both ways. I can't thanks Grace enough for her amazing service and support. Will def be back and will always spread the word around. Thank you so much Grace.
