Very professional staff especially Jeff Riley from Sydney.

Terrible customer service,

Went back and forth with an outsourced manila agent who continued to lie to me and change his story and assessment of the situation.

I wasted 1.5 hours, same questions asked over and over again, he'd forget he asked me something then ask me again and change his answer, blame someone else and then deflect.

There is genuinely no point of using flight centre - just book direct through the airline, its cheaper and the airline actually cares about repeat business.

I recently returned from a holiday to the USA, including internal USA flights and it was flawless! This was due to our travel consultant Brittany. My travel plans were complicated and I only had a loose idea of most of it, this was where Brittany came in, she took the time to understand what we were trying to do and made it happen! She lined up everything perfectly and made the booking process a smooth and painless experience. She is warm, friendly and super professional, a hard quality to come by these days! This is the second holiday I have booked with Jayme. Dealing with the same person is important especially when the original experience was great. She knows her stuff and knows where to look to find updates and additional information. She is very thorough and I feel certain there will be no nasty surprises along the way. Whilst the travel is to New Zealand and probably fairly simple in itself, she made it a seamless purchase. I will continue to use her services for future travel bookings.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah Rixton at Hastings Flight Centre, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

From the very beginning, Sarah was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was perfectly organised.

The staff were patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Prices are reasonable and recommendations really made the trip a wonderful experience. (Except for Jetstar which was a below par experience which had nothing to do with flight Centre)
I’ll use them Flight Centre again (in fact I already have the next trip planned because it was just so easy with them.) I used the store in Miami Plaza and Mozhan, our consultant, was excellent and always ready to help.

In just 1.5 hours our consultant Roy helped us to book our entire holiday in Vietnam. He had a lot of really relevant and practical information that helped us to make the correct decisions. We know that we couldn't have achieved the same result by booking it ourselves.

I had to re-book a flight 12,25pm 11/06/2026. It was a very stressful call for me. The customer service person was super helpful. And helped me get on the next flight to Hobart. I managed to get there. And I am thankful for the help I have gotten. I want to say thanks s much for the help. And I am sorry I was so stressed, but you helped me. And I got to go to where I needed to be. The service was impeccable and the service officer went above and beyond. Please reward them. They deserve it. Again I apologize but thank you so much.
