Looked up Lufthansa customer service on the internet, found a number - in fact it actually wasn't Lufthansa - although they answered the phone as Lufthansa, and I made a reservation change. They billed me and said the money would be refunded, which I received that in writing. Lufthansa did not charge for the flight change. To date there is no refund, and they've told my credit card company they won't refund it. Multiple calls to the company result in return calls asking for my credit card number and telling me it will take 45-60 for the refund. Flight Crystal is a scam.
