Bought flight ticket through…
Bought flight ticket through Flightfinder in the morning and paid for it. Received confirmation. That should have been the end of that transaction, but it wasn't. Unfortunately I was dealing with a very incompetent company here. During the night, Flightfinder cancelled my ticket, and I had to start all over again, which unfortunately was not possible until late the following day. I missed out on a very good ticket price directly from one of the airlines (I should have chosen that one from the beginning) because I was stupid enough to trust Flightfinder. I will never again use Flightfinder and I will not recommend Flightfinder to anyone. Been there, done that - very bad experience!

Flightfinder wants 250 € for changing…
Flightfinder wants 250 € for changing my travel dates. I called Aeroflot and they say that Flightfinder only have to pay them 40€ for changing dates.That means they put 210€ on top AS A MINIMUM. A new ticket cost only 160€.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDERS AND THIEFS!!! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT!!! They have also illegally stolen a fee from my mastercard!!! I REPEAT:STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHTFINDER!!!

Think must be more low-cost flights like Ryanair and so one. In another way good searching program and prices are medium the same plane i got from you i could get for 100 cheaper but I saw it after I ordered tickets

Lying to and fooling customers
Very poor customer service. If you try to call them, there is not a single person on the line and even if they have an elaborate automatic mailbox that gives you access to a good 20 options when calling them, the final message is always to contact them through their online system. I am very interested to know how such travel agency is supposed to be able to help their customers in case of an emergency.
Finally, they do not abid to the courtesy of a 24h cancellation free of charge following booking time. To justify themselves they point to the air carrier in my case Air France pretending that it’s because Air France isn’t allowing customers to cancel their ticket within 24h of booking. However this is well tried to try to fool customers, this is a SCAM as I checked directly with Air France and they do provide a full refund for any booking made in the last 24h, it’s actually a law in france that allows anyone who pays per card to get a refund within 24h. Everyone makes mistakes and that’s why this rule exists but I will make sure to never make the mistake again to book through flightfinder. I had used travelgenio before and Expedia and never had an issue but flightfinder really is the world low class service agency company.
They are just a company happy to lie and fool their customers just because they feel like they can. It wouldn’t have cost them anything to cancel this ticket for me and they would have complied with the policy of Air France, but they deliberately made the choice not to. Instead they chose to have an argument via email with me, repeating over and over the same thing ignoring the evidences that I was providing. When a company decides to spend time, resources and energy on making the customer unhappy when that company clearly has the choice to do otherwise it’s that there’s a clear issue with the mentality and wellbeing of their employee. I just feel really sorry for these guys.

I have bought 2 air tickets from them
I have bought 2 air tickets from them, when they many days later inform me that I have been assigned to a later flight (no reason given, but maybe my flight was cancelled) on the second flight. I have a connecting flight which I stand to miss. There is NO help to get from Flightfinder! They don't answer their phones! The refer to me to write to them on their "messenger system" which is very slow. Still no help or any form for explanation. They said there were no available seat on an earlier flight, which I found to be untrue as I could find it on the airlines own website. I therefor booked a new ticket myself, so I can catch my connecting flight.
No refund will be given by Flightfinder and no help is or were offered. They do not understand their customers nor wish to provide good service to them.
I cannot recommend to use them to anyone.

Booked a flight and just after booking …
Booked a flight and just after booking I realised it was the wrong date booked. Wrote Flightfinder laterally 10 minutes after booking and got the option to either pay 3900 DKK for a reschedule or 795 DKK for a cancellation.
That's just ridiculous... So no stars from me...
