You are not able to book seats when tickets are ordred, shoud be mandatory when you travel with children ! bad :-(

Hidden fees
We bough two tickets for Colombia through Flightfinder. Due to changes in the flight schedule we had to pay additional $25 per ticket in order to get the tickets "updated" through FlightFinder to the carrier.

Easy, affordable and good quality service!

There are also English-speaking people who are now living in Denmark. Many of them work here and they go back to visit their families. When they need a plane ticket, maybe the also want to have the option of switching to English.

Bad service, different telephone Numbers to contact but no one available for customer support.
I write emails but no answer...

I could wish for a little more transparency due to flexible tickets and request for a bassinet for my baby.

There is a reason why the prices are so cheap. I advise you not to order the cancellation insurance, it only works if you are ill and show a doctor's statement or are dying. They have "copy-paste" customer service, any worse service you need to look long after. You must do all the work even if you have any changes, they can not do it for you. Not even for payment. They are not trusted, in my experience I will never use them again and advise anyone else not to use this service.

Do not book with Flightfinder.dk. I regret doing it now!

I had to change my ticket due to personal concerns; not e.g. family, death.
Therefore, I can not get my money back even though I bought a travel insurance from the company (300 kr). Now that I want to change my flight tickets - to another date - it will cost the same as the flight tickets themselves + more, which is highly unacceptable. I tried calling them but they do not pick up the phone, and do not respond emails as well.
In the end it is better to buy a completely new ticket! It seems like the only goal for flight finder it to earn extra money and not to help the customers.

I wanted to postpone my flight, and it was very difficult to get through on the phone. Once succeeded they more or less refused to help. I had to go on the internet to get help, and then it cost extra money to postpone. Once paid, the price to change the ticket was higher than a new ticket and I simply gave up (and lost the money), and booked a ticket directly with the airline. In the end this was cheaper as they offer to refund if the ticket is not used, they offer to change the ticket for a small fee etc, so no reason to pay the extra charges with Flight Finder.

Avoid buying ticket from this website.
The first offered me 2600Kr for changing the date of my ticket and then raised up to 11000Kr. REALLY? People who had common sense will go and buy another ticket. Which means you are throwing money to the sea and they only want to rip you off when you have no other choice. SAD!

Our flight was cancelled and it was not clear how to proceed!
