It is the Worst Place to buy a ticket

It is the Worst Place to buy a ticket, Please do not waste your money, they do not pickup any fon call in case of any issues, They don't pay refunds of tickets of cancelled flights during COIVD-19 even though they receive back from airlines. I am going to file a case against this company very soon, I have sent them Last email. FlightFinder has received money from Qatar Airways and not returning to the consumer.

Scammmm

Well.. Still have been fighting for my refunds from February... Haveve been contacted to AEU consumers office
But these SWEDISSH covid arseholrs are ready to do nothing.. It's all about my flight HEL-Doh-Jkt and back... 600 euros is a big monen... I already contacted to consumers office... But that poorless company aren't willing to do any thin!

This whole company is a HUGE SCAM !!!!
i had my flight cancelled on march and since then i have been asking my money back...All the way they have put a blame to qatar airways, cause qatar havent pay refund...A BIG LIE...i contacted directly to Qatar and fron there i was told that they have paid refunds long time ago...Now this lower worth flightfinder company even bother to reply to me anymore...Well next possible and only step is take this case futher on with lawyers....

Not responsive at all

Not responsive at all. They sent us an email that we are going to receive the refund about 3 months ago. However, we did not get any money and they are not answering our calls/ emails. Also, I don't know why, but we can no longer find the email in which they said that they are going to give us back our money. Does anyone else have this issue with the email?

Horrifying

They will not. Need an answer to your phone? They will tell you to send an email which they will not answer. Need a customer service on falsely cancelled ticket? You won't get it. The most horrible customer experience. Never again I will work with them.

Impossible to contact by phone

Impossible to contact by phone! Only way is to contact them by a contact form on their awful website. They give short responses so you have to ask questions again and again.

Etihad state on their website a possibility of a refund for cancelled flight. Flightfinder say that they have issued a voucher! What voucher! I don’t want a voucher!

I paid for a service which I didn’t receive, I want to be reimbursed to be able to rebook when I want and with whoever I want.

This is the first and last time I’ll be using Flightfinder.

No answer no refund no nothing, flight in 3days

Booked a flight in Sept 2019 for Madeira with Binter Canarias, 07-11th April 2020. Flight cancelled due to Covid-19. Should be eligible for a full refund, but not only NO refund, they're completely ignoring my request since 16th March 2020!!! The flight is supposed to be in 3 days which is a priority as it says on their web, and we still don't know if they'll return the money or not. Phones not working (they ask to write to customer support); sent email separately from the website claim - still nothing. Other companies were responding much faster and in general more helpful, never booking again with Flightfinder.

Well first of ll it took me asking for my tickets before I actually got some information about my flight. Now with Corona crisis, not ONE mail of information on what to do with the bought tickets. Also not after asking...

Poor customer support during corona crisis

We had booked a return flight to Milan before the Corona virus crisis broke. The airline (Lufthansa) then cancelled all flights to Milan but promised, on their web site, free rebooking.
When contacting Flightfinder, they refused to rebook, telling us to contact Lufthansa ourselves. Lufthansa, in turn, said that rebooking should be made by the agent that had made the booking, i.e., Flightfinder.
Flightfinder, however, offered us a refund on the tickets, but charged a service fee that amounted to 33.1% of the total ticket price. This is certainly unreasonable.

A massive disappointment

Wow, this company really is terrible to say the least. Due to the Corona virus outbreak KLM has a rebook policy for certain locations. After a week of back and forth between KLM and Flightfinder, Flightfinder claims no such policy exists even though the KLM website states such a policy. Interesting that information apparently is different for some. Will never use this website again for booking anything.
