Your website is elegant and clear to use, user experience is smooth. I appreciated the purchasing process and am going to ask my family to repeat this gift for me. Just one point: I only complain that not all flights are made available by airline companies (as explained by your excellent customer service), maybe you could work on this, as I could have used my gift card to purchase another flight, but even if on the airline company website it was available, it was not on your website.

Not the cheapest but easy to use.
I found it very easy to make a booking. I do think it lacks flexibility, for example if you want to travel to multiple cities, it's not the most intuitive website to use. The airlines that are partnered with Flight Gift aren't your budget airlines, which makes your whole trip more expensive but having a gift voucher helped me with the cost.

The booking process is very easy and straightforward. I have already booked two flights using a voucher I received as a birthday gift, and everything worked smoothly. The only thing I miss is the partnership with Ryanair, but otherwise it’s a great website and a wonderful gift idea.

So disappointed
So disappointed. Used my voucher of £50 for a flight and received confirmation via email. Then threw out my voucher as I didn't need it anymore. Was very happy at this point. The email stated I would receive my e-ticket within 24 hours.
Later that night, at exactly 10:41pm, I received an email from Flightgift stating that I needed to pay £15 additionally. A link was provided and it stated beneath that I had 3 hours till it expired! I was sleeping at the time of this email and obviously missed the deadline. I also thought maybe it was a spam email and so I ignored it when I initially saw it the next day - plus the link had expired.
No follow up email came through.
By Friday I had noticed that no email came through from the airline but I was dealing with a hectic day at work and decided to follow up on Saturday instead.
By Saturday morning, no email from the Airline or Flightgift. Nothing in Junk either. I contacted Flightgift and was told that as I did not pay the £15, I lost my flight. I said that no email was sent to confirm this and she said an email was sent but I checked my deleted items, junk, inbox - nothing was there. I also pointed out that three hours was not sufficient time to make a payment and that they sent it after 10pm. Naturally I was sleeping!
I was told they credited my voucher with £50 (the amount I spent) but I had already thrown that in the bin!
I had to book my flight myself, costing £170. That was £100 more than what I had originally paid.
Very disappointing experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE VOUCHERS
DO NOT PURCHASE VOUCHERS. If you do, thinking it is a nice way to give a present, you are actually putting a burden of extra cost on the recipient. If you receive one either politely return if it’s within 14 days of purchase or if it’s over or you don’t want to upset the gifter. throw them in the bin. We had a £70 voucher, you have to book through them. In brief, the flights cost 498Euro and I could have obtained identical flights for £374. Do the maths. On complaint, the company said the flights or vouchers could not be cancelled then waffle about third party not receiving offers and payments of admin fees to two agencies. I wish I had thrown my vouchers in the bin.
