How this company uses Trustpilot

They advertise at the lowest price and then call you later saying that is going to cost a bit more. It is a scam. by the time they confirm the final cost you could get it cheaper elsewhere

Made the mistake of only checking the reviews on here (trustpilot) before booking with them, if I’d have checked google reviews first it would have been clear it’s a waste of time as they seem to have the same plan with every customer which is what I experienced. You book the ticket receive a confirmation which is great but then the next day you get a call saying the ticket you purchased has sold out the only option is upgrade to the one above, in my case going from economy lite to economy they say how it’s good news because your luggage is included (I didn’t want luggage anyway) and the ticket is the same price, sounds good doesn’t it! But in the next sentence the man says you do however just have to pay the “taxes” which was £300. For me I was in no rush and booked another flight direct with the airline this time to avoid this mess as I was confident I could get the money back from my credit card company if it got to that but I can imagine if you booked with flight office and waited until you got the refund by that point the prices would have increased so much anyway you’d almost be forced to pay the extra which is clearly their business plan. Don’t take my word for it just save yourself any hassle and go and look at their google reviews you will see it’s all the same story. Advertising a cheaper price but never actually delivering on it. I didn’t get my refund today but it’s about 3 weeks of constant chasing from my side and being ignored by their Indian call centre time and time again. I don’t think they are a scam per say as I have had the refund but clearly they are trying to trap people into paying the extra amount in fear of having to pay even more as they know airlines increase their prices daily so certainly comes under false advertising of prices. Do yourself a favour and avoid using them it’s just a waste of time and stress while you are hoping to get your money back.

I booked a flight through their website because the price looked good. However, when I contacted Iberia directly, they could not find or recognize the booking reference that this company sent me by email.
When I called this company again to ask for the correct airline reference, they told me I had to wait two to three hours for the payment to be “updated” before they could issue the ticket — even though the money was charged immediately from my bank account.
After waiting and calling several times, they finally told me that the original ticket price was no longer available and that I would have to pay £200 more to keep the same flight but under a different fare. I completely disagreed with this, as I had already paid for the original price shown on their website.
It felt like a very unfair practice: they attract you with a good price, delay the confirmation, and then later tell you the price has increased and pressure you to pay more. Meanwhile, similar or even cheaper prices were still available online elsewhere.
In the end, I decided to cancel and request a refund. Now I am being told I must wait 8 to 10 working days to receive my money back. I truly hope the refund is processed as promised.
Overall, this experience caused a lot of stress, uncertainty, and loss of trust. I would advise others to be very careful before booking with this company.

Adam has been incredibly helpful throughout this process once again. I had to change flights and it was done almost immediately upon my request. Highly recommend!

I purchased flights from Aberdeen to Bangkok, this company was the cheapest. I received an email stating that the email was not the tickets, and that they would get in touch in due course as the reservation is under process from the airline! So a couple of days went by and heard nothing - now the 3 weeks until I fly was getting shorter and the prices would obviously go up. I call them, they say they will call me back but I had to go back to work and couldn't take their call. I didn't understand why I purchased tickets and they don't give me them. So I had to file a dispute with PayPal and 7 days later it's still being reviewed. After I filed the dispute with PayPal they email right away and say call us immediately, then they say they tried to call me and I didn't answer but my phone didn't ring, no missed calls.. Then 2 days later they say they tried many times to get hold of me but they couldn't and so they are refunding my payment (£792). They have my money for 1 week and I have no refund, I really hope PayPal can sort it out for me. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - they DO NOT email you the tickets after purchasing and it's better to either go with a trusted agent or direct flights from the airlines. I hope this helps and I will be posting this message on as many review pages for these muppets as I can find!
**So I read some of the 1* reviews and same story - so if I was to speak to them on the phone they would have told me that the price had gone up and I needed to pay more. How these muppets get away with scamming people like this is unbelievable and they will be reported - they seem to offer the cheapest prices and they don't email the tickets - because it's all a scam**

I thought I had purchased a ticket only to get a call and the price had increased by over 25%. Said I would get a refund in 4-5 working days. Still hasn’t come through and no response to my emails or WhatsApp messages. I checked reviews etc first but this seems like a scam

I was worried about Flightoffice after reading the comments online. A lot of the feedback made it seem like a Scam and I thought I had lost 1000+ dlls to a fake agency.
However, Dave was the person helping me and he sorted out my problems with the flight. I was able to fly and get my tickets without a problem. I had to make some additional payments for the luggage (despite being an international flight) but in the end, the total cost was cheaper than through the airline.
Overall, the experience was positive and the main source of stress was the fact that previous reviews were not positive and the fact that the process is not conventional. Dave was communicative and I appreciate him.

I was confused and thought I had already booked my ticket. Jacob was charging me additional fees for me to upgrade my tickets. But Jacob spoke with their manager and was able to confirm and change it to a flexible one.

AVOID – This company is a scam.
I booked three tickets from London to Bali after seeing a great price from FlightOffice — about £2,000 total, cheaper than Qatar Airways. A few hours after paying, someone named John called me saying the price had “gone up” and I now had to pay an extra £500. After I refused, he tried to reduce it to £240, which I also declined.
Checking the reviews, I realised this is a common trick they use: show a cheap price, take your money, then pressure you to pay more. I requested a refund immediately. Thankfully, I paid with Amex and they assured me they would recover the money if necessary.
Dishonest and misleading company — avoid at all costs.

I booked tickets through flight office, advertised for £2300 for me and my family. I received a booking confirmation as follows "Thank you for your online order. Please find your booking summary below. Please note these are not the electronic tickets, your electronic tickets will be emailed to you in due course once all the necessary confirmations are obtained from the Airline as your reservation is under process for the airline confirmation. Flightoffice will review your online order and one of the Sales consultant will get back to you shortly. If you wish to talk to us then please call us at +44 203 745 4455."
The next day I got a call from the sales advisor stating that the tickets are booked are no longer available and I need to pay £200 to secure the tickets as the airline price has increased between me booking the tickets the day before and the flight office employee calling me today. I questioned this as this seemed like a scam. I would not have bought these tickets for £2300 had I know the true price was £2500. I am extremely disappointed in this service as it feels clandestine and like they are trying to hide something. I will not be booking through them again. Looking through the reviews this experence has happened to many other people before!
Update 11.12.25 - U have read the response below by FlightOffice and emailed their Ciustomer services team with all the details so this can be investigated. I have not heard anything back, not even an acknowledgement of my email. Clearly the message below is for "show" to give th impression of care and concern, but sadly not genuine. Do NOT use this company!

Booked a flight for £653 and received a call the next day saying I need to pay an extra £99 because the price of the flight went up. I reluctantly paid the difference because at the time I couldn't find a better alternative. The next day, prices went back down and flightoffice was advertising the exact same flight for the original price of £653. I would have been better off buying the flight direct from the airline when I had the chance. Instead I ended up paying more and with a massive headache.

When I first booked I got a confirmation email but no flight tickets. Called them straight away and Terry sorted it all out for me. Said that I booked for economy fare but there were only standard fare seats left. Offered me lots of alternatives and then we finally worked it out so that I didn’t have to pay any extra charges! Very helpful, very courteous. Thanks Terry Jones!
