Misleading and Dishonest Pricing

I found Flightoffice through Google Flights, and they initially showed the best price. I entered all my details on their website, but before finalizing the payment, I decided to check reviews—thankfully! I discovered that they have a habit of asking for more money after booking. I reached out to them, and they confirmed that the price I saw was no longer available. This kind of false advertising is unacceptable. It feels like they’re just trying to trick people into booking, only to demand extra cash later. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please read this as a genuine customer experience and a warning to others.

If you see five-star reviews, they are most likely fake and posted by the company themselves.

I booked a flight with them, and the very next day I received a call saying the price had increased and I needed to pay more. I refused, as I chose their service specifically for the agreed price. If I wanted to pay more, I would have booked directly with the airline or chosen another company.

I then requested a refund of over £1,000. I was told it would take 8–10 working days. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my money.

I have tried texting, calling, and emailing multiple times. Most of the time they do not answer. When they do, they either hang up, leave me on read on WhatsApp, or avoid giving clear information. On the rare occasion I speak to someone, they are unprofessional and rude.

If you are thinking of booking with them just to save a small amount of money, don’t. Avoid them. I have learned my lesson.

no flight and still waiting for my money to be returned

I booked with flightoffice based in Slough after finding the flight on google flights. They were not the cheapest but they were close to me and I like to support local business where I can. According to my bank the payment went to Travelopedia. The directors appear to be Rajneesh Sharma and Shikha Bhardwaj and they show as Atol registered. The flight I booked was £1920 however the day after they started trying to call me I suspect looking at the other reviews to ask for more money. Someone called Dave Smith who I also suspect is a made up person based on the reaction I had when I called back. They then emailed me days later to say they cancelled my flight and would return my money. However the flight was booked for 10 days time and 7 days later I still do not have my money returned. This means I cannot fly to meet my family over Christmas. This feels a bit scamish to me and I have been left in a very unpleasant situation of not being able to travel. On that basis I do NOT recommend this company.

Avoid this company at all costs otherwise it will cost you

Avoid this company at all costs, they are professional scammers. Their website advertises flights that they don't have. As soon as they collect your money, the flight you booked will suddenly be unavailable, at which point they will try to sell you other more expensive flights. If you decline to spend more money with them, they will make a false promise to refund your money within 7-10 days. You will chase and chase to no avail. Your best hope is that you paid with a reputable credit card that can assist with chasing the refund.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I’m very surprised from the difference of Google reviews and here. On google must be real reviews. As the company scammed me as everyone explained on the google reviews, I don’t know why I didn’t check before. They stole 1k and that was my birthday present to buy a flight and they kept the money and never gave me a flight but inventing excuses that the flight has been cancelled from the airline - with no proofs or anything and after 3 weeks they never refunded me of course
