There was an issues at the time of booking my ticket, it took a while to resolve it, but finally my agent himself has helped me and solved the issue. The root cause should be the improper training to the sales agents for some complex bookings, who did not even help the agent in resolving the problem.
Though there was a triumph and disturbance of peace for some days, I'm a bit relaxed when my ticket got cleared. All credit goes to my agent not the company.

The best part of the group is that they pick the phone up when you call without delay. I was able to get my seat assignment and frequent flyer code on my reservation over the telephone without hesitation.

very helpful and inexpensive

Getting a ticket is getting a ticket. However, having someone call you oh the phone and expect you to have them on the line while filling this out is ludicrous.
