Great communication from Gene. My inquiries are always answered promptly. They could do better on estimating delivery times. Usually ships in 6 weeks, not in my case. I'm still waiting for my order while being asked to rate the service and the product.

I received the order after 10 weeks. Order arrived well packed, no issues. Uprate FlightPoint to 5 stars!

It is a lovely little Kit. Good wood, excellent laser cutting, pieces fit. I ended up selling it to the owner of the local hobby shop.

Firstly … before ordering I’d emailed Gene with some questions, which he responded to promptly, with appropriate advice. Secondly the ordering, processing and shipping was efficient and package was delivered in 10 days to Canada. This was despite the unpredictable situation in Ukraine.
Lastly … the kit (I’d ordered the Maverick) is pristine and extremely well put together. Love the coloured plans!

The model kit arrived without much delay from ordering it and was well packaged. The laser cut parts were finely cut and of very good quality. I have not built the kit yet so can't comment on it's flying characteristics. However, I look forward to building and flying it.

Good service and great product ( Maverick) delivered safely under difficult conditions . As first time user of the site it’s a bit confusing and clunky picking out the extras so missed buying a few extra’s and would have bought the motor , spinner ect so a bit of mucking about to get all the bits here in Australia. Good luck to Gene and I would buy more products from him

Good communication. I received order confirmation emails as well as email when product was shipped. The kit I ordered arrived in good condition and was everything I expected. I would certainly order from this company again.

Gene from flightpoint is a great promoter of its excellent products. Shipping the Shaka was very quick, too, and the kit came in perfect condition. Way to go!
