They claimed my compensation from airline on my behalf, I am satisfied on it. But I got only 284 EUR out of 600€ they got on my behalf from airline. Is it fair? They don't have transparency on their fee. They deduct following from my 600€

Absolute rubbish service. April 13th 2024 they advised of a successful outcome of my case. Since then only mailing adverts from them but no further news or response regarding my claim.

Isn’t it nice when a company actually does what they say they’re going to do?! Today I received €300 from a flight that had been cancelled. Fligjtright kept their word, kept me apprised of the progress, and today I received my compensation! Thank you, Flightright!

I have been trying to solve the problem with missed flight to Panama City due to connecting flight delay from Zagreb last December.
The booking references and confirmations were sent to them in March, zero progress so far!
They keep asking constantly the data that has already been sent???!!!!
I'm sorry that I have wasted so much time instead of engaging another company!

Worst experience ever, avoid this company.
On July 15, 2024, I initiated case with Skycop.

On September 22, 2024, I reached out to Flightright due to a lack of communication from Skycop. The following day, I received an email from Skycop indicating that the airline had agreed to pay the compensation to me in which Skycope kept his share. I have also communicated this to Flightright on October 16, 2024.
After this, Flightright started putting pressure on me to received their share anyway. They want to be paid for something that they didn't do. The only thing they did was to contact the airline, which the airline answered saying that my compensation was already paid to another company. Almost a year passed and they still want their share and continue on threatening me with legal action.
They are seeking to benefit from my compensation without having completed or solved my problem.

Complete crooks.

I submitted my EU261 compensation claim to Flightright in early January 2025, after being denied boarding on a Condor flight (DE2501) due to a ticketing error caused by Flydubai, who issued my ticket.

I clearly explained from the start that this was a complex case involving a code-share-like setup: booked via Flydubai, operated by Condor, and disrupted due to Flydubai’s failure to associate my ticket properly. I had all necessary documents and even Flydubai eventually acknowledged fault and offered reimbursement for my expenses.

However, Flightright advised me not to sign the reimbursement agreement, saying it might interfere with the EU261 claim, so I waited patiently – despite financial difficulty. Weeks turned into months, and I followed up multiple times in February and March asking for updates or how I could help expedite. No progress.

Then, in March 2025, they abruptly closed my case, stating that success in court was unlikely. That’s after holding me back from getting compensation from Flydubai and promising legal action if needed.

I now feel stuck, with no compensation and months wasted based on their advice. I would have preferred transparency earlier, or at least guidance to pursue other routes without risking everything. I feel like I was used to pad their pipeline, then quietly dropped when things got complicated.

Swift and easy process, just be patient, they know their stuff. Received back €400 after a flight irregularity (8 hours delay) with Air Canada from one year ago. Trust this company, I wouldn't use any other company if it comes to disputes with airlines

Flightright has persistently my case over more than 2 years followed on until they succeeded, although dealing with that Airline was very difficult.

from the time i gave them all the information needed till resolution, it was hands-free. They took care of everything. it was very helpful

I opened my case with Flightright almost 3 years ago, and it's been stuck in step 4 for almost a year now with no updates. The last communication I received was more than a year ago, and since then, nothing — no progress, no transparency, no response to follow-ups. At this point, it feels like the case has been abandoned. Very disappointing service. I wouldn't recommend using them if you're expecting timely support or clear communication.

I approached Flightright after I had communicated with the airline to get compensated for cancelling our flight.
After a one year waiting period the airline did not compensated us fully, as they should have according to the EU regulation.
Flightright, after receiving our flight information, they took less than two months to receive the rest of the compensation from the airline. During those two months Flightright were kept us informed of every step they were taking to communicate with the airline and with their lawyer. In short, they did an excellent job, we thank them and we would definitely recommend this company to others.

I'm amazingly impressed for the efficiency and transparency during all the process. I have always been updated and reassured about the case. I'll use Flightright in the future and I recommend this website to everybody.

Started 09.2023, over 2 years i got some automated updates by mail, only to get a notify of "lawsuit withdrawn" because of "new insights" in 05.2025.
No more explanation, nothing.
