Terrible "NO SERVICE" company.

Terrible "NO SERVICE" company.
I submitted a claim on 12 December 2019. I got only an automated response.
I have contacted them on many occasions by email, and received NO RESPONSE beyond the same automated mail as on submitting my original claim.
AVOID!!!

This seems to be a scam website

This seems to be a scam website! Avoid by all means. My suspicion is that they might have claimed my compensation and pocketed it. I got them to claim compensation for 6 cancelled flights from Florida in August 2019 using Gareth Fawcett, the Legal Administrator. At the start he was quick to respond to phone calls or e mails and later he wrote back with an update saying my case had been escalated and they could now get the airplane service records from the flight operator to help prove the case. Since then flights claim .co.uk won't respond to my emails and the phone just rings out, which is highly suspicious.

All I want is an update regarding my claim!

A little bit of further digging shows the address for the business is actually a mail dropbox. They also almost got struck off by companies house late 2019. Something dodgy going on with this firm!!

Stay away from them!!!!

Avoid them by all means!

This seems to be scam website! Avoid by all means. My suspicion is that they might have claimed my compensation and pocketed it. I got them to claim my compensation since February last year, and in May 2019 Gareth Fawcett, the Legal Administrator, said my case had been escalated to the NEB (which is the Ombudsman between the airlines and customer claims) , I understand the NEB would normally make decisions in 6 months, but is 8 months now, flights claim .co.uk won't respond to my emails neither is their phone working , which is highly suspicious.
I am about to take them to the small claims court to extract my compensation from them. Stay away from them please

Flights Claim Review

Highly recommend this company; the company were very tenacious in successfully overcoming all obstacles thrown at them by the airline concerned. Kept us well informed of the process and reassured us at every point. The airline tried everything not to pay what was owed so be assured this company will work very hard on your behalf!

You hear about this type of claims…

You hear about this type of claims service and never believe it will come to anything. Lets put the record straight.
Flight Claims listened to everything we had experienced with our horrific flight back in January. They confirmed that we did indeed have a valid claim very quickly. A couple of phone calls verifying some finer details were made to us. Filled out a couple of forms (with some help from their advisor Kash Malik). Left it with them to sort - TUI denied the claim - Flight Claims followed it with legal action. TUI have now paid out to all 6 passengers!!! Would highly recommend

An Excellent company to work with

An Excellent company to work with, very friendly and efficient, my claim with Tui was sorted within a few weeks, and all my emails to them were answered very promptly. I live in Spain and they even telephoned me a couple of tmes to sort out a few bits. nothing was too much trouble. Don't look anywhere else, they are the best!

Absolutely great service

Absolutely great service! I heard the advertisement on a local radio station initially or else I wouldn’t have known I could claim. Airline had tried to offer me a small amount off flights with them again within the next 12 months. This wasn’t a suitable option for me so I just ignored it. How glad am I that I heard the radio advert. Flight Claims Ltd led me through every step and I was awarded €1,200. Great outcome for just filling in two forms online (one for myself and one for my husband)

I had no joy with Norwegian Airlines

I had no joy with Norwegian Airlines, who refused my claim. Flight Claim have the most competitive fees of all their peers. Gareth was a pleasure to work with. Prompt, courteous and reliable and communicative. I commend Gareth and Flight Claim wholeheartedly.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended! I had struggled to contact Ryanair to deal with my complaint about a delayed flight. Gareth at Flights Claims was extremely helpful and efficient and, within a matter of weeks, my claim had been agreed and I have now received compensation. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Quick and hassle free

Quick and hassle free. after filling the form I was updated at every stage and got paid straight into my account. They were also the cheapest as they covered the vat. I would definitely recommend them.
