Called for info on a pair I liked on their website. They actually picked up the phone like a business that takes care of people, not sending them to India to talk with someone you can't understand. 👍 I got the info I needed and ordered. They showed up right when they said it would. And these Serengeti's fit like a glove and I love the style. As a private pilot, I can tell you I've had a hard time finding non-polarized glasses that I like the styling of. They are wonderful. Work great on my motorcycle as well. Very nice and helpful people here. Highly recommend!!

In a serious bout of nostalgia, I wanted to get a pair of Serengeti Sunglasses, which I last owned 30+ years ago. I was directed to Flightsunglasses.com from the Serengeti website as I needed prescription lenses now.

I was apprehensive about ordering lenses and frames remotely, but the staff, and the owner, Steve, took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I was especially impressed with the way they employed Facetime to finalize some measurements to be sure the lenses were made properly.

The glasses arrived ahead of schedule, fit wonderfully, and I am very grateful and satisfied.

Quick TIP: Be sure to get an accurate Pupillary Distance for left and right eyes when ordering. You can get these numbers from your local optician from your last Rx, or most stores will do this for you for free. If you measure yourself, you may (and I did) get a wrong number. I was off by 7mm measuring myself which is significant.

When my eye doctor told me I should try some corrective lenses to help me see better driving driving I thought, "Oh no. What am I going to do about sunglasses?" My normal driving sunglasses were some Serengeti's that I bought from Flight Sunglasses on Amazon several years ago---the frame no longer available---and I remembered they had a card in with them regarding prescription lens availability. So I looked them up again, and sure enough, they were still around and can do prescription lenses.

Because I feared a turnaround of my old sunglasses wouldn't reach me in time for my upcoming trip, and because I also now needed some sunglasses that would be suitable for cycling, I ordered a new pair with their considerable help in choosing the right frame for my face. Those worked so well I decided to have the lenses in my original Serengeti's replaced too! I just got those back yesterday, and they are of course awesome (the clarity is wonderful).

The whole process was made easy by the folks there, and the quality of the frames and lenses are superb.
When my prescription changes again, I will definitely be contacting them once more to handle the lens replacement.

For many years, I have been ordering my prescription sunglasses from Flight Sunglasses. Their customer service, delivery and quality of product has been excellent. I have purchased Serengeti and Randolph Rx sunglasses in single vision and progressive. In every order I have received a quality products, delivered as expected and good service.

I spoke with an associate about the importance of sunglass lens color to me, I placed an order, the lenses received were not as advertised =misrepresented, I asked for a refund, I was told to contact Randolph and figure it out

Mine may not be a common experience based on reviews here but when they drop the ball, zero ownership is ultimately taken unless you are willing to wait at least 2 more weeks for a redo. For a high end customer service sunglass middle man, they should be embarrassed. They only send the sunglasses out which means that their only two jobs are to make sure the product is correct and give excellent customer service.
