Good follow up customer service
I was a bit unsure using a third party but I found a great price for my flight. Flight wasn’t confirmed immediately but I received a follow up call to amend my return flight. Only a later flight which wasn’t a problem. Great customer service. Booking received. I was able to go onto airline website and found my booking without a problem and selected seats. Would recommend.

Discount tickets that don’t exist!
This company works on the basis of selling discounted tickets that do not exist, then they call you after you think you have booked a deal and they try and sell you tickets that you could easily find yourself. They also try and refund you with vouchers rathers than a refund. My wife and I each booked separate flights only to be told in both cases that those tickets had all gone. They are scammers, nothing more, nothing less.

It looked like I'd got an amazing deal… Until.....
It looked like I'd got an amazing deal on a flight to LA with Virgin. It was listed as 'economy'. £348 a steal.
Rang by Marvin the next day to explain that the flight didn't include any luggage at all. I've flown Virgin a few times, usually they do two types of economy, normal which includes hand and hold luggage and lite which is just hand luggage.
He tries to sell me a hand luggage option and now the price is £498!
I'd already checked what Virgin were charging on their own site for the economy lite and this was £428.
I told him to cancel and I booked direct instead.
The feedback looks good, maybe I was unlucky, but it seems a bit 'scammy'. Maybe they do better with other customers, but not in my case (or lack of cases)
