My package arrived within a day and everything was as expected.

I recently visited flip2store to have the battery of an 11-year-old MacBook Pro
replaced. The place was very easy to find and the store was filled with new and old devices, which always brings in mind a knowledgable technician who knows his job and whom you can trust. Dimitris was straightforward from the beginning, gave me options for my repair and also offered to fix something that I hadn’t considered at that time. He even finished earlier than planned, which was noteworthy considering the amount of work he had. Last but not least, I would have settled for a 30 min battery life (just to be able to save my work in the event of a power failure), but the battery lasts a whole 5 hours now! Overall, I am 100% satisfied and I would blindly trust flip2store for any future repair!

Flip2 store and Dimitris are really to be trusted even if things might not seem that way.
I will explain. I contacted Flip2 store in order to buy a used iPad Pro 2022. Although Dimitris told me that he does not deal much with iPads he went out of his way to procure one for me. Because it was not a standard procedure, it took longer than usual and I admit I started having doubts if I would ever see it. I was totally wrong and although it took sometime to get it it was every thing he described, at a very good price and totally new, the box wasn’t even opened.
We should help good small companies like this one!
