I have been using Flipbook Pro for over two years and have found it very beneficial to our business.
When contacting customer service I have always found they revert very quickly and professionally.
There are issues with software, however they are minor and hopefully they will fixed very soon.

To start: the tech support team is very fast and helpful
I was aiming to get a reply for tomorrow it was a question of minutes (not saying that that will happen every time when you contact them as the work load will change for sure, meaning that you may have few hours delay response but for sure no days as some companies, but what it is true: they are great with customers) when I got the help and right answer to my inquiry; Lynn Tang is very helpful and knowledgeable helped me right away.

The software is good as I'm just starting to work with it so I will update it if system allows me but so far impressed with customer service!

If you are interested in flipbooks, there is no better way to make them.
Simply produce the print medium you want in the usual way with a writing or graphics programme and create a PDF from it - this programme does the rest.
It takes care of links, tables of contents, booklet divisions, etc.
In the more expensive versions, you can also integrate films and websites.
The magazine becomes a super advertising medium because viewers are more likely to leaf through it than look at an entire website.

Great software! Intuitive and quick to learn. Was up and running in a day! Quality of images and text are outstanding. Using FlipBuilder is similar to using a high-level video editor (i.e., Adobe Premier). If FlipBuilder had more motion control over images and some simple image adjustments (i.e., hue, contrast and brightness) that would be outstanding. My only complaint is that text editing (i.e. copy, paste, etc.) is accomplished using old DOS control commands (i.e., cntrl C, cntrl V) and not context menus. Growing up with DOS was not a big problem with cntrl functions for me. Might be a problem for younger folks.

This is a very good ebook software and a support team that listens to customers and works quickly.

I have just received a flipbook created by FlipBuilder.

The book is unreadable as FlipBuilder keeps appearing in the middle of the screen and cannot be disabled!

Changing license from one computer to an other does not work without help of FlipBuilder Company, but the support was good and the solution quick.

I encountered difficulties while attempting to upload online, however, Lynn and the team promptly and effectively assisted me in resolving the issue. Therefore, I highly recommend their services.

I just want to let you know that I am very happy using Flipbuilder.
Until now I published 96 flipbooks on my website and they all work fine.

The flip books look so professional and so much better than anything i could achieve with my website building galleries. They are ideal for making comics and stories. I really found the extra things like the backgrounds very useful. Also I had a few questions at the beginning, and the staff were really helpful and responsive, and are even implementing my feature request. I really like it that I can upload a limitless amount of the books to my website and also include links on my comic so that readers can go to the next episode. I also think it's great that I can have my own logo ie they don't force their branding on you. There are no restrictions. And it all works perfectly. They have literally thought of everything.

I am impressive with the support team. This is a good advice twice when I have a problem with flip pdf I wrote for help and I always get the good advices. I love this program and love support team (especially Lynn) thank you so much.
