I had a problem with my software for the first time in years, which required me to re-enter my license key. I needed this urgently because I had to create an e-magazine for an NPO that contains crucial information for its donors. I expected a delay in a response, as is the norm with time differences (I am from South Africa). I was delighted to receive an immediate response with a solution. I was able to reregister my product for free in no time. Thank you to Ashley at FlipBuilder!

Purchase and download of the flipbook software was simple and intuitive. The software did what it said on the can but unfortunately I quickly realised it was not what I needed. I requested help for a refund and whilst their customer service tried to address my problem they quickly agreed that the flipbook programme was not what I needed. They arranged a refund within a couple of hours. So whilst the flipbook software was not what I needed I was left with a positive experience due to the effective and timely assistance of their customer service.

The software itself is perfect for me. Thanks a million for the super fast response of their customer service! I had a small problem with my background photos not showing, only on the server version.I sent a request, gave them the link to the published site. It took only minutes until they told me that there was a permission setting problem on the background file itself...
I corrected the permissions, all is well now.
Perfect support for me, thx again.

Flipbuilder Pro was exactly what I was looking for. We had a special project that required being able to put video and audio into a "book" style presentation and FBP did just that. Practically had a zero learning curve too. After installation the software was immediately able to be used. The menus are all self-explanatory and very simple to navigate. Best software in a long, long time!

This is without doubt the most useful software I own. The support is instant and truly helpful although to be fair I have barely needed it as it all works so well.

I have used Flipbuilder for in excess of 7 years. I initially trialled it and found it so good, decided to purchase it. One of the BEST decisions I have ever made. Being a novice when it comes to the computer, I have found the program very easy to use and it produces an amazing result. Has so many features to make the flip book your own. Would highly reccomend this program, Customer service is fast, if one ever needs it.

I purchased FlipBuilder many years ago. The ability to export as WordPress plugin is awesome. I am upgrading to Pro because of the robust multimedia tools included. Animations, video, click actions, and more. I have other software that overlaps the functionality, but FlipBuilder is more intuitive.

This is an amazing application to publish online brochures. Easy to use and very good price-quality.
The service is 100% perfect. After creating a ticket for help I received a quick response and my issue was solved within minutes by Ashley. Thank you!

Have been used Flipbook Builder for more than 10 years. Recently I found Flip PDF Pro version provides multimedia functionalities.
Since I lost my record for old one which I've used, I tried to contact help center to get discount for upgrading.
Quick reply and kind guidance of help center make me very happy:)
Now I got latest version of Flipbuilder Pro. and am exciting to journey with it.
I am quite sure to recommend Flipbuilder products with my long experience.
