The support needed was provided with a quick turnaround. The app is great, does exactly what we need it for.

Great response time from support. Our hosting lapsed due to the account being under a former staff member's email address. Thus, we weren't receiving communications. Choco was super quick -- like a magician!

For me, Flipbuilder has been a cost-effective and easy way to create attractive e-catalogs. It only takes me minutes. I like the array of templates, toolbar, and other options. I've been using it for 6 or 7 years, and it's always been reliable. Customer service is responsive and resolution has been fast.

I'm a new user of Flipbuilder and therefore the registration and activation is not much familiar for me. Just less then 10 minutes right after I sent a very common ask-for-help email, I received a useful and instructional response how to help me get through the issue, which left me a strong impression. My thanks to the team and also to Choco, the one who handled my ticket and support.

I made a lot of enquiries to competitors and Lynn was the only one who got back to me, then continued to help me with me queries.

Since I am using it only for personal use and don't use it constantly I struggle at times to remember how to use portions of the program. Your help has been just great. One thing that I am surprise at it that some of the advertising is not for personal use. Things I have used it for have been storing and organizing my yearly tax records so easy to find information especially using the tabs. Storing and sorting most of my correspondence inn Flip PDF. Plus a lot of other electronic and paper records.

I was using the early program back in the first part of 2000. At that time I was project manager on some oilfield construction sites. At the end of the project I was able to put all of my files; photos, invoices, bills and reports into one Flipbuilder file and send it off to the company I contracted to for storage. I retired 20 years ago and am still able to access these files for information. A went few years not using Flipbuilder until I "rediscovered my old program from about 2003 while down sizing decided to purchase a new version about 3 years ago and update to the newer version today. The new version is much more intuitive.

Again thank you, I can continue on with the fun I am having with making photo books and family biographies etc and hopefully the grandchildren will enjoy them down the road. (They won't look at anything that is not electronic.)

To start, the issue was on my end. My company got new computers and we didn't have our updated information for FlipBuilder. I no sooner emailed them, when almost immediately I received a reply. They worked through the issue and I was up and running by the time my day started. Great customer service and IT. I have used their product for over 12 years and have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended!

I bought the first version in 2013. Five or six years later they backed me up when I needed help and then two years ago -- they stood by me again. Finally this year I was putting the software on a new computer and no bueno. They updated me to the current version at an extremely 'friendly' rate, practically nothing. This "one time lifetime" payment has been TOTALLY worth it. Prompt care. Comprehensive back up. GREAT VALUE! And I had looked around at Flipbooks, and none compare to Flipbuilder. The level of control is second-to-none. And it's not a site breaker. Nor a wallet breaker.

We have used the Flipbuilder line of products for several years because the Flip PDF Pro application for Macintosh is superb. We’ve created dozens of FLIPBOOKS and many of them are 200-350 pages. And are heavily coordinated with hundreds of Vimeo videos and related stories, The results are superb.

Best of all, they have a great staff that immediately deal with tough questions and provide solutions. Top drawer company!

This is a great piece of software.
The finished video can be played on desktop and handheld devices but it needs a workaround to get audio and video to work on mobiles.

Using FlipBuilder has been a good experience for me. In the beginning I was frustrated because I did not understand it, but once I sat down to learn, it has been beneficial. There is so much you can do and when you realize the vastness you are happy. Try it and you won't be disappointed.
If you had a bad experience you have not understood or know how much you can do with the program. Try again and learn then you will see what I am talking about. Very helpful when I encounter challenges as well.
