I'm having a terrible experience with Flip Flops.
I ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals because of feet pain. They sent the wrong size. I organised the return, messaged several time the customer support, but haven't heard back from them.
Really upsetting because I paid for fast delivery to get the product as I'm in real pain. They made a mistake but are not sending the right product back, even now that the wrong sandals they sent have promptly been returned.

fast, cost effective - dead easy experience

I use to like flipflop toe sandals a lot and found them comfortable straight away. In the winter sale I purchased sandals in their sale. Unfortunately due to the weather I only really started wearing them in the summer. They are not comfortable and hurt between the toes when walking. I phoned Fitflop to tell them and they stated to use Vaseline but could not do anything to change them. Won’t be buying again.

Very nice, versatile and comfortable sandal. The delivery was a bit slower than many stores. The actual bank transaction was a bit confusing because the name is nothing like Fit Flop. Nearly queried it… just a warning for customers to be aware.

Great selection of flip flops on line and when the colour of the flip flops sole I ordered was slightly different to that on the picture they immediately contacted me sending a photograph to make sure I was still happy to go ahead with the order which I was.

Fast shipping and the item is absolutely perfect!

The flipflops are lovely, however the arch is quite uncomfortable. Or maybe this softens after wear. There was so much attached to the flipflops, it’s difficult to get a good idea of fit without removing it all. Hopefully the support will ease.
