Customer service was awful and rude. And the product was god awfull for quality.

We don’t agree with this, but we’ll address it.
We’re direct, not rude — and we always aim to be fair and helpful. If something came across badly, that’s not our intention.
As for quality, our products are CNC-cut, aluminium or stainless steel, with a powder coated finish, and used by thousands without issue. If there was a genuine fault, we’d have replaced it — but we can only fix problems we’re told about.

Horrible customer service and incorrect order.
Please refrain from ordering from this company. Husband was called a scammer by the owner of this company because he contested an order that was not fulfilled. Flip n dip sent the wrong item, husband tried to contact (only an email, no contact number) and received minimal and delayed feedback. He then received correspondence from the owner of this company to call him a scammer - although owner acknowledged having made a mistake on the order. No intention to remedy, zero professionalism and zero accountability. This is not how you run a business.

You've missed out some key info though - just to clarity, we sent out a missing item a day or two later. The missing item was worth £10, the customer then went through his bank to try getting the full £120 refund (he had received the bracket and everything else). He later received the missing £10 product and cancelled his chargeback.
The funniest part is the missing item was because I proactively corrected his order to make the setup better, but in doing so I confused the boys who pack and thats why it got missed out.
Horrible and very rude service
Horrible and very rude customer service. Waited for over a month for a package and The only notice for The delivery was me asking them when can i expect it and getting an answer 15-40 days. Only for iz to be returned without any kind of notice, tracking link or call. Very rude on The mail.

Hi, yes economy shipping internationally with Royal Mail can take from 15-40 days - as it says in checkout when selecting shipping, you can of course pay for Express shipping and receive it within about a week.
Once handed over to an international shipping partner they will contact you to sort out any customs issues, which is what happened here. As you didn't respond or pay your duty fees, it gets returned to us...

If the hinge felt loose, it’s almost always down to setup — our hinges are designed to be adjustable, and when fitted with the supplied locking shim and correct bolt tension, they won’t move in the wind. We’re always happy to help with setup if contacted.
