💩 hole

No staff on the desk to meet you or give out bands. No staff supervising the floor, no staff to allow use of the lift leaving lady with pushchair stranded upstairs until I carried her pushchair down with her. Nowhere to get a drink cafe unmanned and most sections closed off presumably down to no staff - the place and outside is filthy too.

Glasgow flipout unfriendly to special needs kids

My family went to flip out Glasgow it was a disgrace they are very unfriendly to special needs children we had to leave after an hour (2hour booking) because all of a sudden it wasn’t ok for us to assist our severely autistic son on anything and then the customer service afterward when we complained was just plain wrong they tried to make out that it’s our fault our son wasn’t able to do anything unaided
Offered us a part refund of £18 for a £87 activity and they only offered that because we said we would sue under disability discrimination laws . We informed staff that our son needed assistance on everything and they said that’s find but then after the 1st hour it wasn’t fine anymore had they informed us of this before the session we wouldn’t have even started the session at all our sons where very disappointed and our youngest with autism was very distressed companies like this don’t understand how hard it is to tell a autistic child they can’t do something especially when they could for an hour this company ruined a day of our holiday

Run down, party poorly organised.

Had a party:

Felt positive after pre party call. Told to arrive 10.30, and was reminded about waivers and asked if we wanted to buy add ons.

Arrived ontime and sent through to briefing area; host arrived 10.40 and gave out socks and showed show. It was only at this time were we given forms and asked to give all kids names and DOB. This distracted from the party intro and should have been something we were asked to do in advance.

Host let kids into the arena before any adults were able to explain to them where the adults or the party room would be. Anxious parents followed.

Party host had many ongoing questions to myself throughout. One of which was getting drink choices from the kids (which at this point were dispersed around the arena as were their adults) this again should have been done in advance.

Host was polite and knowledgable about rules, timings and procedures, but again this was time I wanted to be spending with my kids celebrating. Again; ask the party host to get there earlier or agree not to repeat what the prep call did.

I can comment much on the arena as I got very little time there, but did notice how deteriorated the foam pit cubes were and how dusty that area was from the crumbling foam. There were a few sore eyes from it. A couple of the sections were closed off and not open, I wasn’t sure why.

The announcement to call the kids over related to E and F wristbands. This was almost useless because half the kids can’t read, and most the adults were expecting to hear my kids names, eventually we made it upstairs. Food was ok. Pizza cheap and stacked up, but the kids ate it up.

Some confusion over some additional al party members who had paid full party price for siblings. More front desk communication needed here. Awkward chats kill party vibes.

Adults told to not touch or brush against the walls (of a very small room) as paint transfers off as it’s just powder spray paint. This would be solved with a coat of varnish. Guests shouldn't have to squish in and watch their movements.

The ‘desert’ for the kids was pre packed long life donuts. These were quite unpleasant and crumbly. Some kids ate them.

The host was quick at bringing the slushies and did help resolve some issues of who got what.

The time in the party room was extremely limited, even less than the kids would have to eat a school lunch; partly due to how long it takes to get the kids up, and also how long it takes to serve kids one by one from just a single serving platter. Many smaller platter’s would speed this up.

It was nice to have spare cups and plates for the adults if needed.

I was given more clipboards to complete during the party time, this time asking for positive feedback. I declined as it was important for me to focus on the party guests.

We were hurried out the room with warning that another party was coming in in just a few minutes, and we left.

The older kids enjoyed it, the little ones a little less so (I think you need to be older
to get a lot out of the arena). I feel a little disappointed at how the experience for the adults could be so much better if the management just looked into exactly what is needed in advance, have the host speak with the family ahead of other guests arriving, be really clear on timings, and be mindful of the demands on the adults at the party when they are effectively paying guests too.

We won’t be back as paying guests anytime soon, but I have given 2 stars as I go feel like the host had good intentions.

Dirty, cold and disappointing

Very Dirty, cold and lifeless.
All areas opened on a very slow painful rotation and the new height restrictions don’t make any sense and make the place only suitable for 8 years plus if you are to get value.
I have no idea why you have to be 1.2 meters to go on an inflatable or an obstacle course.

Staff are all kids themselves and we’re all miserable and emotionless.
There were no more than 20 people in for
The whole duration we were there on the school holidays so this is obviously an unpopular place to spend your money.
Really disappointing.

Extremely unclean

Extremely unclean, litter everywhere and the toilets were on another level of dirty. No toilet roll, dirty nappies and sanitary products lay around. Definitely would not return.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash.
Actually, there wasn't enough stuff open there for it to be considered trash. Most parts of the "park" are broken or closed. The trampolines are saggy as well! How can they possibly fail in so many ways? 😳
The staff are awful, undertrained, miserable and do not know how to work at a place for kids.
Recently, they must have decided to invest in making this place sadder and more boring, as it's just dull.
Waste of money!

Zero stars

I would give zero stars if I could! Firstly, it advertises that all attractions are included however this is not the case- laser quest and socks are extra (they do not accept socks from other companies such as Jump). We booked 2 hours during the school holidays to tire the kids out however they soon became bored. The staff are so rude and actually shouted at my kids and told one to shut up. In the end they stopped going on the trampolines as they were so fed up of being told off and about the many rules of the park (some of which seemed very OTT). We had 2 children with us with additional needs and they were not catered for at all. One of the children jumped up and down on the stairs (which was loud and annoying) however I explained to staff he has additional needs and he had not stopped despite me asking him to (I was unable to do any more at this point due to putting my younger child’s shoes on to get out of the place!). The staff member called security due to this- security was as shocked as we was given we were all trying to leave. I would never visit this place again- the WORSE customer service I have ever known, the place itself was dirty, understaffed and not particularly entertaining for the kids, plus a total rip off- way more expensive than other similar attractions and nowhere near as good. AVOID!

I am extremely disappointed with Flip…

I am extremely disappointed with Flip out and their handling of my daughter’s birthday party booking. Not only was my booking canceled at the last minute, but they are also refusing to issue a refund for the amount paid. This has caused significant stress and frustration, not just for me, but for my daughter, who was looking forward to her special day.

To make matters worse, this situation has created unnecessary tension between myself and my ex-wife, as we were both relying on this event to create positive memories for our daughter. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to resolve this issue is unacceptable.

I would highly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with caution, as their customer service is lacking and their ability to follow through on commitments is unreliable.

Disappointed is an understatement

Visited this evening to discover that half of the place was closed. All we could access was a couple of trampolines and a bouncy castle. We gave up after 20 minutes. The Costa machine was making watered down drinks and the haribo machine gave us 10 sweets of 1 selection out of 5. Overall experience was terrible and we won't be visiting again.

Don’t bring your young kids here!!!

Don’t bring your young kids here!!!! Please read

First you get to the entrance looks like the place was shut down had to wait for someone to let us in

One person on the check in and spoken to people with some attitude

You get in no signs to tell you where to go. You have to go on to the park to get up to the cafe.

Go in to the cafe 3 people in front of me by time I got to the front there was about 5 behind me.

That was because only one person was cooking the food and doing the tills at the same time.

I got to the front and a 2nd person come to help I ordered the drinks and then tried to order some food. She told me I had to come back in 30 min as there was a wait. So I waited 30 min only to get to order again then to be told by the same person it was a 1hr wait for food at this point I been there 45 min and was leaving with in the hr.

Drinks cost 3.5 for a small slush ( shocking)

About the park first I counted 3 staff 2 of them chatting to each other and one trying to watch kids on the big slide

There was around 70+ kids ( well not kids ) teens around 13-17 running around jumping on everyone smashing into each other

In the under7 part where my son was playing and jumping in the foam pit as he jumped in around 8 teens come sprinting over and dived in to the foam pit hitting my kid whom is 5

I taken my kid out spoken to the staff and they said “you signed the waver it happens”

They was lucky they did not get put in that foam pit by me!!

The kids run riot no control it’s shocking

I love to see the amount of children hurt cos of this shambles of a place

Will never come here again and will be recommending people to avoid

The place needs new management or shutting down before someone gets seriously hurts
Shocking

Avoid this filthy place!…

On pulling up in the car park it looked closed and more like a scruffy poster covered empty building, on entering reception it was filthy and smelt absolutely awful! Been sat in here 40 mins waiting for the table to be cleaned and wiped and despite going up to the cafe three times nobody has come out to clear the table of someone else’s rubbish! Whilst I get someone should move their own rubbish and it’s easter holidays so they are busy we only booked an hours slot and 40 mins later we still have a dirty table! Sort it out Flip out as I won’t ever return here again so it’s my first and last time in here as it’s vile.

Completely unsafe

A completely unsafe environment for children, full of health of safety issues at the Cricklewood/Staples Corner - London.

My son (4 years old), was knee’d twice in the head.
Overcrowded - 16 or so trampolines where only one person can jump on a trampoline but you have 10x attendance.
No real place to put shoes, coats so its all on the sides-a total safety risk and when kids run around, they could trip up.
Lockers are upstairs but didnt work and cost £4 an hour!

The people attending are not following instructions and are rude to the staff. The staff have no control over safety.

Canary wharf branch

Canary wharf branch, new, just opened. cold inside. not very busy today. laser quest (and the room looked very small) was shut. this was the major reason for going there. Bikes sizes would not fit our 10 year old. roller skates insufficient sizing, stopped at size 6. Bumper cars broke down while in use.
in the toddler section, I hurt my foot while assisting our 2 year old to climb around. constantly on my knees due to the height of the enclosure. The padding is clearly insufficient for parents with toddlers. four shiny tiles at the entrance caused me to slip over, they were oil filled and pretty to look at, the kids liked them. But not safe for walking on. The toilets were closed. so you had to leave and use the toilets in the mall. I believe that for businesses that sell food, it is against the law to trade if the toilets don't work. overall, very poor, staff were miserable, lots of other parents seemed unhappy. a group of teenagers came in, with the lazers shut the only thing they could use was the dodgems, rides too short before it broke down. they were not happy either. i have checked trustpilot reviews, and the only site you can find for flip out is manchester. or Denmark. Where a lot of reviews tend to go. over 70% of these reviews for the uk are 1 star. very poorly run and managed company. not a cheap day out either and we live local.

Very bad experience

Extremely disappointed with the way my son’s 6th birthday party was handled..designated party host didn’t bother to welcome and register guest, drinks that were included in the package were never offered, we had to go and ask for them, food was served 30 minutes earlier, without us being informed, never had acces to the party room so we can decorate or bring the cake as agreed, we were even told that if there is another party booked we have to leave the party room 30 minutes earlier than what we paid for. Basically the package I paid for didn’t existed. I have emailed the event coordinator explaining what we’ve been through, never bothered to reply.

Croydon, London - rude and unprofessional staff

My nephew had a bday party in London, Croydon. The party was a complete mess, the host being extremely rude to all guests, and useless, as well as the management. Complete waste of money. Ridiculous. Great soft play, but I would not waste my money to renting it out for a party, ever again.

FLIPOUT E6 DONT PAY ON LINE

Recently visited Flip Out E6 with my family to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had booked a session for 5pm and called to change it to 6pm as we were running late. However, upon our arrival, we were told that the centre was closed and there was no booking for 6pm. We were also denied the opportunity to speak with a manager over the poor customer service we received.

Despite contacting both managers Danielle and Zaid Mussa three times via email, we have been ignored. This is unacceptable as we are entitled to a full refund given the circumstances and can not get this.

The experience we had at your Flip Out e6 centre has left us feeling that the company is very poorly run. Not only did we waste time and money, but our son’s birthday was ruined by the poor service received.

Do not pay online when booking don't waste your time with coustomer service either. Cowboy Company 🤠 we finally got our money back via the banks and still nobody has contacted us at flipout e6
